Δεν έχουν σχεδόν τίποτα ετοιμοπαράδοτο είτε πρόκειται για μια απλή θήκη κινητού, είτε για το ίδιο το κινητό, είτε για ένα router. Α! Ναι! Έχω εξυπηρετηθεί μόνο όταν έχω πάει να πληρώσω λογαριασμούς που φυσικά μετανιώνω την ώρα και τη στιγμή γιατί ο εκάστοτε υπάλληλος με ζαλίζει ρωτώντας με πόσα πληρώνω το μήνα στο πακέτο μου, αν έχω σταθερό, κινητό, Ίντερνετ... και προσπαθεί να μου πουλήσει συμβόλαιο. Ευτυχώς τώρα πληρώνω μέσω Ίντερνετ και δεν θα χρειαστεί να τους υποστώ ξανά. I honestly do not know why I keep going while I have NEVER been served. Συγγενικο μου πρόσωπο και μάλιστα σε ηλικία 85 χρόνων ζήτησε να εξοφλήσει το λογαριασμό του απο την πόρτα του καταστήματος διότι δεν είχε rapid test και μάλιστα σε ώρα οπου δεν είχε κίνηση στο κατάστημα!! Αντί να εξυπηρετηθεί όμως των έδιωξαν και του είπαν να πάει να εμβολιαστεί.. και ότι οι εντολές τους είναι να μην εξυπηρετούν από την πόρτα του καταστήματος!! Μετα απο κάποιες μέρες βέβαια απο το περιστατικό αναγκαστικά και πήγα εγώ στο κατάστημα να πληρώσω το λογαριασμό του και με εξυπηρέτησαν στο λεπτό!! Αν οι εντολές σας είναι αυτές.. ιδικά για έναν άνθρωπο τέτοιας ηλικίας, τοτε είναι κρίμα γιατί θα έπρεπε να τους δώσετε προτεραιότητα!! When they want, they serve immediately .... Ε	Ελενη Λαμπρογιωργου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη για μια επιστροφή ρούτερ δεν δέχτηκαν να εξυπηρετήσουν έστω και απέξω από το μαγαζί γιατί δεν είχα μαζί μου μάσκα ζητασα μήπως έχουν να με εξυπηρετήσουν και με υποχρέωσαν να πάω στο φαρμακείο να πάρω. Η γιαγιά 3ης ηλικίας χωρίς μάσκα έξω από την πορτα μπήκε μέσα κανονικά και εξυπηρετηθεικε κοντά στην πόρτα. Πήρα να κάνω παράπονα στο κέντρο πελατών και μου είπαν ότι κρατάνε τα μέτρα ασφαλείας καί να το κάνω γραπτώς στο eMail τους. Ποια μέτρα ; Μηλατε; Που η μάσκες είναι κάτω από την μύτη και στο μισό στόμα. Τοσα λεφτά μια μάσκα να εξυπηρετήσετε δεν έχετε η τρόπο να εξυπηρετε δεν υπάρχει όταν είναι είναι να τα πάρετε ξέρετε; Επιχειρήσεις που είναι στο έλεος έχουν να δώσουν μια μάσκα στο πελάτη τους και όχι να τον υποχρεώσουν να πάρει μπορεί εκείνη την στιγμή να μην έχει χρήματα μαζί του. Ποτέ ξανά στην επιχείρηση σας και ούτε προταση σε κανέναν. Για την συμπεριφορά και την πολιτική.
