Δεν υπάρχει κανένας αξιόλογος υπάλληλος να απαντήσει σε σαφείς ερωτήσεις, επαναλαμβάνουν τα ίδια και δεν υπάρχει υπεύθυνος σε αυτή την τόσο σοβαρή εταιρία. Έπειτα από αγορά ελλατωματικής συσκευής ασύρματου φορτιστή, με ενημέρωσε το τεχνικό τμήμα για χρήση ειδικού adapter τον οποίον και αγόρασα επιπλέον. Η συσκευή δεν λειτούργησε ούτε με αυτόν και έτσι ανέλαβαν την αντικατάσταση και αποστολή του προιόντος ΔΩΡΕΑΝ σε περίπτωση που όντως είχε βλάβη. Αποδέχτηκαν ότι το προιόν είναι ελλατωματικό αλλά απαιτούν την κατάθεση των μεταφορικών για την αποστολή. Αρνήθηκα φυσικά μετά από δικό τους σφάλμα να επιβαρρυνθώ και ζήτησα την επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου, κάτι που δεν έγινε δεκτό γιατί η πολιτική της εταιρίας επιστέφει εντός 14 ημερών. Με άλλα λόγια έχουν δεσμεύσει τα χρήματα μου, έχουν το προιόν και με απειλούν να τους δώσω τα μεταφορικά για να το πάρω. Καμία επιλογή! Επιπλέον η ιδιοκτήκτρια κ. ΚΑΝΤΖΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ, σε προσωπική επικοινωνία, μου επιβεβαίωσε ότι ακολουθεί τους κανόνες στην εταιρία της και δεν θεωρεί εξαίρεση την περίπτωση μου μετά από 2 μήνες ταλαιπωρία. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!!! Δυστυχώς έφτασε σπασμένη - εκτιμώ όμως ότι δεν ήταν σφάλμα του καταστήματος, αλλά της μεταφορικής, αλλά και να είναι, λάθη συμβαίνουν. Το πρόβλημα θα ήταν αν δεν αποζημιωνόμουν. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο, και χωρίς δεύτερη συζήτηση μου έστειλαν πάλι τη θήκη, χωρίς εννοείται να επιβαρυνθώ. Οπότε και δικό τους λάθος να ήταν, το διόρθωσαν άμεσα. Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Το παραγγέλνεις και το παραλαμβάνεις την επόμενη μέρα χωρίς έξοδα αποστολής (εάν είσαι Θεσσαλονίκη). Βρίσκεται στο 2ο όροφο αυτής της πολυκατοικίας. Λίγο δύσκολο να το εντοπίσει κάποιος εάν δε ξέρει και κλείνει στις 16:00. Very good prices for mobile phone cases, maybe cheaper than Chinese websites. Because it says on the package 4 pieces, I imagined four single pieces for the iPhone 12 lenses, but instead it is 12 single pieces for each lens one (4 times). Only because shopflix.gr asked today (10th of May) for pictures from the product without packaging I found out about my mistake. So sorry again for that.
