★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice car rental place. Pick up from airport was easy to find (out the terminal and it's P5, the pick up across the road to your right)
Fuel - they will take the full charge on your card and refund it if you bring it back full. So watch for currency charges on your card.
Car - if in thessaloniki then don't get a big car as the streets are narrow and parking a nightmare.
I was told the car had no damage and upon checking (always check!) it'd had a side swipe and damage to five panels. I'd have got charged for that if I hadn't pointed it out.
Return was simple and quick. Staff friendly.
Journey to airport took 5mins if that. Very nice. Would use again. Car was lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental company!! Be careful and think twice before using them!!
It took us over 1h to collect the car even we were 2nd in the line. There was 1 person who took care of everything (parking cars, cleaning etc.) and everything took her so long !!
We choose full to full gasoline and received 40%. We returned the same amount and were charged for fuel!! I have picture proving it but their customer service cannot speak English and reply to email..
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very competitively priced car rental company. Car (diesel Peugeot 308) was clean and in very good condition (almost new!).
No fuss on pick up and drop off.
Very friendly and professional staff.
I had seen some customer reviews about aggressive selling tactics from the staff, I cannot say I have experienced anything different from car rental agencies in UK, Greece or US...
The deposit in the credit card is indeed quite high vs other agencies in other countries, but I visit Thessaloniki at least once a year and have rented a few different rental companies in the area, it seems to just be a local standard practice. So long as you don't damage the car you wont have an issue (the money wont go anywhere and you are protected by Visa/MasterCard schemes...).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience, quick pickup and transfer to the airport, price was amazing, we got the Peugeot 108 instead of Fiat 500 ordered but again for the price it was fine, and no bad surprises. Will come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a lot of money for a small class and they gave me a bad car, full of scratches and awful tires. I have spend a lot of time and nerves (just from the beginning) and took 34 photos of all big and small scratches and defects found on this car. Further more, they don't bring the car outside so to see it but is in the garage. Pay attention to this as you might miss some defects, due to low light conditions. At drop-on (near Fiumicino, Rome), the guy from the desk told me that there will be two amounts of money blocked on my credit card. That was a lie! They blocked a deposit (1050 eur) but took the 57,60 eur for the fuel. And because I live in a non-euro country I loose money due to the bank exchange rate. Not to mention that I returned the gas tank full, which was not the case at picking up (see photos). And now I have to wait till I get the diminished sum. Well done Centauro! A solid proof of customer care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, quick check in and check out. Only 10 mins drive from the airport. We didn't have to wait long at all.
Plus we've got an upgrade car.
The only downside, they require a 950€ security deposit and 30€ petrol deposit. Prices may vary according to the car you've booked.
The car was clean and in a great condition.

A van waited for us outside the terminal and drove us to the rental office which was about 5 minutes away.
I’ve booked a Peugeot 2008; got Citroen C3 Aircross. Didn’t pay for any of the extra insurance/towing and all in all the car cost us 63 EUR (for 4 days!). Surprisingly, even though we didn’t pay for full insurance the return of the car was smooth, the deposit was fully returned.
We arrived at Thessaloniki late in the evening so there was no queue but when we came back to return the car it was noon and there was a rather long queue of customers waiting to pick-up a car. (Return was immediate, no waiting)
