★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating goes for the lady clerk at the cafeteria, who freely expressed her racist feelings towards specific nations and even behaved terribly to an Asian client who ordered coffee right after me. None should feel such liberty to express hate at their workplace, therefore something tells me that this is not a unique and remote incident.

Ps. The bus from Heraklion to Chania is about 3 hours and 10 mins.

They act like i was stupide .... to speek...
Specialy a women with white dress was very agrassive and was not friendly
Others workers outsid the office was ok and helpfull

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once located, this bus station is easy to find going forward. Relatively clean, good seating, a small cafe and public washrooms. There’s also a restaurant (and a coffee shop across the street). There’s no information desk but the ticket sales people were nice and helpful. The bus information is clearly indicated on the overhead screens.
