Originally from France, we went to the Central Clinic because we had an appointment with the specialist after an accident of my partner which resulted in a fracture of the malleolus (foot bone). Instead, they took my partner to the ER, where the team concluded a major surgery of 7000 € was urgent and indispensable! They charged us about 900€ for preparation exams; we refused the surgery because we felt this was going extremely fast and under pressure, and we made the arrangements to get back to France as soon as possible. But we had already been charged the practice tests (MRI, lungs x-ray, blood tests etc).The specialist in France concluded that the surgery was not necessary, even indesirable. My partner is on the good way to healing ...Our experience in Central Clinic was a nightmare and 900 € spent for nothing...

went to get a pcr test - was extremely fast and easy, no idea if we were just lucky but there was no line and super friendly workers! price 60€ for pcr and 10€ for express. we were there around 2-3 pm and got an e-mail with the results literally the same evening

My husband had emergency surgery and subsequently spent 10 days in the clinic. We are from the United States and the treatment and care by the clinic physicians and nurses was far better than anything experienced in the US. The doctors truly are committed to providing excellent care.

I can't believe that you have to pay for their poor service! The staff doesn't speak English at all, they are rude and don't have the knowledge to do their jobs. I had blood tests done and I never got the results. I tried to call them several times without any answer.

The team in this Clinic is extraordinary. Everyone there is kind and friendly from the security guy to the receptionist and off course the staff for Covid test! I would like to say thanks to everyone there, because is the only team in Athens which is not disgraceful with the current state of the coronavirus (for example you have to pay 60 euro for the PCR test and thats it, meanwhile in the rest of Athens they want 60 euro to male the test and 40 euros more to give the results sooner). ONLY this clinic is honest against the people.

I,m writing to make a complaint about the standard of care and treatment provided by Dr:vlatakis and Dr niakas at main surgery .i had appointment to see Doctor vlatakis and i explained that i had been suffering back pain,severe weekness,rapid weight loss, loss of appetite for several weeks,and i also showed him that i exprienced a little swelling comes out my forehead.the nurses carried out a brief examination and CT- scan, the doctor told me there was nothing to worry about it and told me there is a little tumor in my head that he wants to remove it , i was like is there any other option rather than surgery , he said if i don,t get surgery as soon as possible it will spread throughout my brain, i was very worried about it , and then i accepted the operation, he said i will not be hospitalized after the operation that will take 2 hours after the operation the told me to buy some antibiotcs from the pharmacy. One day after the operation ,the pain carried on and did,nt get better.i made another appointnent to see my Doctor he sent me one of his stuff after very short examination i was prescribed some stronger antibiotcs and told me to take this as a required .he said comeback after 1 week , after 1 week Dr vlatakis transfered me to another doctor called Dr niakas he told there is still some tumor in my head and this doctor will remove it,the doctor called niakas and you will not pay it agian ,i met the other doctor niakas he explanined to me the other operation ,he said you will pay around 700€ again ,i wonder the first doctor said you will not pay again this doctor said you will pay again i refused the operation and went to my home ,after 2 weeks i was very sick i almost died my friends called ambulance they took me hospital ,i was unconscious i was in como for 4 days when i wake up the doctors told me that i had uneeded operation, i was diagnosed Tuberculosis and they said you are very very lucky to be a live, some thing disaster happened to me because of those so called doctors, and that hospital ,i lost aportion of my skull bone it was infected because of his operation that doctor almost ruined 17 year old boy's life who have bright future ,i beleive that if the doctor had taken my symptoms more seriously this situation could have been avoided, i would like an investigation to be carried out and for a respond to be provided regarding the fellowing concerns .

Upon my arrival from Canada, I had a fever combined with muscle fatigue so I sought help at this clinic. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They performed a rapid COVID test, measured my blood pressure, conducted a blood test, and assessed my overall health. They also provided recommendations on what to do next. Overall, my experience was very positive. The staff spoke excellent English so if you're a foreigner that needs medical help -- I highly recommend stopping by this clinic.

I cannot tell you how I was treated at this hospital! They were so professional and friendly they made a bad thing much better. My friend and I were in Greece on holiday from United States and I broke my ankle in Santorini. The clinic has a 24 hour clinic there also so after seeing them I was brought back to Athens and operated on immediately and stayed for several days. My friend and I got a suite with a living room and two beds in the other room. The nurses were the friendliest the food was the best and the doctors were great! I am well on my way to being healed up and will definitely go back to Greece soon.
