M	Megan Mullins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to prove the reviews wrong. Booked an appointment two weeks before our trip and the confirmation email was sent back quickly. When we arrived however and we showed them the reservation confirmation for 7:15am they said that they didn't open until 10am despite signs all over the area saying they began testing at 9am. No one could tell us why we have reservations for a time they weren't open and no one could offer and alternative except that they might be able to get us a test if we came back at 9:30am.

Very short line, don't bother to make an appointment though, as it doesn't seem to make any difference and the timeslots in the website are wrong. Opening hours are 9-17h but I went at 16h and they told me mine was the last test and after that they were closing, so you'd better go before 16h.
M	Moh Al D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad staff treatment and unprofessional, I did PCR test there for the purpose of traveling, the staff are so rude, very slow, too much side talk between the ladies and there is many people waiting outside for the test reports. closing the widow and the door on your face as if we in a nursery school ! No chance even to speak with the staff, and if you got your report with a wrong passport number as it happend to me, you gonna have baaaad day !! Add to that, there is no COVID precautions, too crowdy, no line , taking the papers randomly. I think thats enough.

M	MATTI MAINIO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took covid rapid tests in their new test point at Mavromatheion 26. The professional test person there was very friendly and the test was ready in 10 minutes. This new point issues printed and manually signed (paper) certificates for travel if you do not have a Greek ID number. You can however email the hospital and also get an electronic ceteificate during the same day. This extra certificate doesn't cost extra. In our case Lufthansa required en electronic certificate. We were lucky to have ordered the electronic one signed by the director of the laboratory as we noticed later that the paper certificate signed by the microbiologist in charge at Mavromatheion 26 lacked the exact times of the test and sampling. Using this paper certificate which only had the day of the test could in worst case have lead to refused boarding to the plane. Therefore -1 star for the review. We had no problems with the electronic certificate. So all in all I would still recommend using this hospital for Covid tests but always check details of the certificate and require also the electronic one. The prices of the tests are fair and it is also open on Sundays.
