n	nick smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from a vacation spend there. The hotel is situated very good because it is not on the main road of Limenas Chersonisou. I highly suggest if you book a holiday in that area avoid the hotels/apartments etc. that are on the main road. There are also parking space around the hotel. The room was clean, the balcony nice and the room service came every day to change the sheets and towels. The restaurant is great, food was excellent and one of the cooks is very sociable and funny. The only bad thing I can mention is that you have to pay some extra euros in order to use the air conditioning. But besides that nothing else bad to say.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty small. I would recommend getting the better rooms, as they have been refurbished

We stay in annex building just a across the Main building. Rooms where Okey. Bed was comfortable. Bring some Moskito spray with you. Always hot water for shower available. Only disappointing thing: We had to pay 6 Euro extra per day for air condition which is to much...
A	Alex B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is exceptionally kind. Everybody is always friendly and help you with everything you need. Regarding the food: Is it better than in a 5* hotel? Obviously not. But is it better than in most other 3* hotels? Definitively yes! Great selection, good quality, the food varies a bit but you also have standard choices and the chefs are always down for a little chat. The rooms are okay, nothing good or bad to say about them. It's standard. Room service comes every day. There are just two little minus points: Air conditioning costs extra, which is with 7€ per night maybe not expensive but also not cheap. Secondly, it is very noisy inside the hotel. The sound travels. There is nothing that the staff can do about it obviously, it is not their fault. But the walls and doors are like paper thin and you can hear almost everything from other guests. That being said, I recommend sleeping during the night when most of the other guests are sleeping as well. If you plan to party at night and use the hotel during the day for sleeping, you probably won't get a lot of rest. But still, overall a great experience. I can totally recommend and would visit again. Thank you for making my vacation in crete so enjoyable!
A	Anca Dumitriu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice, big rooms, nothing fancy but everything you need for a holiday. The room was clean, cleaning staff was coming to clean every day. Food was good and diversified. The position of the hotel is also very good - very close to the main street, shops, super markets, bus stop, pharmacy, 5-20 min to the beach (depends where you want to stay). Also, far enough from the noise and busy street. Staff was very nice, always there to help. Some mosquito nets would be very useful and a better internet connection ( the connection would drop from time to time).

The rooms in the Annex building are simple and old, only the 4 star rating. The main building is nice, cleaned every day. The food is varied and delicious. I got a bottle red wine for my birthday.

The room was clean and tidy from the first day to our last, and it was really spacious. I am more than satisfied with the provided services. Besides that, I am glad I've met a few really special persons who are dedicated to their job, and who made our stay more wonderful at Central.:). Thank you for your kidness and professionalism!
