READ BEFORE YOU BOOK Although they don't want the label, this IS a "party hotel". Do not come here if you expect relaxed vacations. It is comparable to the Ballermann. Guests are 16-22 years old and drink a lot. Music is extremely loud from 11AM to midnight. Service, Food, Rooms are average at best. We relocated to a different hotel with was better in every aspect and 20$ less per night.

Loved this hotel. Gorgeous and very nice staff! Will be back for sure.

Clean, small funky hotel. Staff are amazing. Good location good atmosphere, makes you don't want leave the hotel. Didn't like the new half board system with App system ? but probably was good idea to let people eat wisely. Food is delicious however poor variety. All in all good experience and would recommend and would go back:)

I had the best stay as a solo traveller at Cook Club. The room I had was amazing the atmosphere was lively so was great as I was on my own. The staff were amazing my fave who really helped so much was Nadia absolute fab. Erika and Francesca was amazing thank you so much ladies . The bar was food was nice . Had a lovely treatment in the spa . One thing I would say if your are looking for quiet this is not a quiet hotel. I wasn’t looking for quiet to suited me fine . Looking forward to returning ASAP ?.

Visited in May which was beginning of the 'season' and we were very impressed with the pool, spa, rooms and service of the staff throughout the hotel. Some facilities like escape room and rage room were out of service which was a shame but didn't really takeaway from the holiday.

We left looking the availability/prices for next summer straight away. We absolutely loved it. 10 out of 10... location: perfect. In the heart of Hersonissos, we found everything we needed in a walking distance. Amenities/Design: absolutely fantastic. Modern design. Great rooms with your onw little kitchen for those whom wants to prepare something now and them(snacks/sandwiches for beach, our case). Beautiful outdoor pools with waiting service at one tap(hotel's app)... Our room was on G floor, by the restaurant, which scared us a bit at first, thinking privacy, but who goes on holidays to stay in the room right. The pool was at our door. We particularly rather stay by the beach on summer days, however we had such a great time at night, by the pool. They had a different event every night. From live Violinist playing house music, live local singer and djs, to movies on a chilling Sunday night... oh mate, what else you need? after spending whole day at the beach, have your dinner and few drinks by the pool with great artists(congrats btw to them, brilliant talented professionals). Staff/service: brilliant. All of them super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. We won't forget Erika though, she was amazing with us the whole time. She pointed the best places and things to do and she was always bringing updates about their events. Remarkable. They brought up the atmosphere for sure. Food: beautiful and freshly cooked, different of buffets where food could be seating there a while. I loved the method adopted by them. No more words needed I suppose. Highly recommended as I will be back myself. Thanks a lot Cook's Hersonissos team.

Great hotel and especially great staff! Everyone is extremely welcoming and tries their absolute best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They use a very clever system with their own app. With this app you can order food&drinks (and put them on your room tab). But on top of that it also informs you about events happening at the hotel. The best feature is a direct 24/7 chat with the receptionists. You can ask them literally anything from the best snorkeling place, to booking a taxi for you. Whenever you need any help just open the app and type away. It's amazing! The restaurant on site has a decent selection of food and is of high quality for very fair prices. Their cocktail bar is very nice and has some great bartenders. The rooms are as you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Nothing extremely fancy, but it covers everything you need. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's right in the middle of the main street so everything is within walking distance. The magic however lies in the sound-proofing. The moment you walk through the door all the business and sounds from the main street disappear and it feels like you're in an oasis of tranquility and good vibes. They host a lot of fun events like pool parties, all you can eat barbecue and cinema night at the pool on a massive beamer. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! PS: It's adult only, which is amazing if you don't have any kids yourself ;)

We spent 7 amazing nights at this modern hotel, very nice designed, with swimming pools and bars, a lot of night activities. Great atmosphere.Amazing friendly staff and very helpful . A big Thanks to ERICA that always was around to help. Nice, big and clean rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is just great. Since it's adults only there is a relax vibe in the hotel with lounge music playing at the swimming pool all day long. The hotel has an app which you can use during your stay. You can put money on your e-wallet in this app and everytime you want to purchase something from the bar or cantine, you just pay with your phone. breakfast is very diverse ! Lots of choice and all freshly made.We really had an amazing time, can't wait to be back one day!
