REPLY TO OWNER COMMENT/reply : Hello again & happy new year From then on, I am replying because I believe it is a VERY shame that you would actually lie online and accuse me of delaying in my booked appointment with you so as to provide reasoning on your unprofessional approach! The appointment was booked for 17:30 and I arrived exactly at 17:31 despite the rain and the fact that the outlet is actually in a portico (stoa) so it wasn't visible from the road! From then on & maybe you have limited experience in nails... but Shellac is actually performed on natural nails & it is removed with aceton after leaving it on the nails for a few minutes (5-6 minutes) & then using a file over the nails.. What was a shock though was that the manicurist was trying to scrape off the last drops in the aceton bottle and actually put dry cotton on my sixth nail prior to excusing herself and then suddenly coming back to inform me that she cant proceed... It makes me wonder if the real reason behind your approach was the fact that you run out of aceton.. Furthermore & as I hope you can understand (at least other colleagues of yours in the nail business agree upon this), the professional approach from your behalf would be to propose to remove the shellac from my nails (using aceton as per the procedure) and if you did not have time to perform a manicure & paint my nails again since your next appointment was at 18:00, to just leave them without color... Your proposal on the other hand was to file over the already painted nails... (which were dark colored) and paint them on top with one of the colors you had … (only reds, whites & pinks)… I think any reasonable person can understand that the end result would be really bad - and your colleagues agree on this note!!! Finally, I agree that you have positive reviews concerning your spa treatments (massages etc) and I have no comment upon this... My review was strictly on the manicure service & with target to push you towards becoming better in the future and handling possible similar issues in a different manner PS: I am happy to inform you that thankfully I managed to find at the last minute on NY Eve an appointment at Ginos in VOULA who managed to accommodate me & give me a manicure - so all ended well INITIAL REVIEW My aunt Booked me an appointment for a manicure on NY eve..after I arrived though and supposingly started the manicure... (removal of semi permanent color from nails) and after the acetone bottle finished (the last nail from the six the manicurist started removing color from was dry...).suddenly the girl informed me that she, cannot finish my nails because I hadn't told her the manicure was with semi permanent nail varnish vs simple nail vanish so they just removed the cotton from my 6 nails leaving me as I was with higher risk of the rest of my nails getting ruined (after being in acetone for a few minute)... The solution proposed was non professional and basically to use red color to cover my dark blue nails.. And ps the only available colirs were reds pinks and whites....

I was very satisfied with my experience and I would highly recommend this service to others who are into relaxing. The Voula Spa is outstanding, also the beach location in vouliagmeni really connects you with the relaxation of the seaside.

I had a back massage on the beach.. They are providing real good massage and prices are considerbly cheap From other places. Certainty value for money. Keep the good work up..

The girl Kristina who did my facial was kind and professional. Her massage was amazing! I would go back for massages but not for facials as my skin is very sensitive and the products used on me irritated my skin (literally burning). The place need some cleaning - literally saw dust bunnies all over. The staff was super sweet though

Had a great experience here for a couples massage! We were both happy and the massage therapists were very knowledgeable and had strong hands. Recommend!
