★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer service. I had to slightly wait to retrieve the car but Kostas, the owner, and his son made sure that I was comfortable until I took the car.
The car itself was a new Peugeot 108 with automatic manual transmission. It was good enough to go around the whole island, no problems with it.
I recommend their services, would use again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ run away ! we had reserved a quad myself and my boyfriend and when we moved to collect it it was no longer possible to give it to us because we were not more than 23 years old. So instead of calling us beforehand so that we could organize ourselves, we had to do our own thing to find another quad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great car rental company. They were incredibly responsive and flexible. I reserved a car and a scooter four our trip to Paros and was met by a friendly member of the team at the dock, along with the car that we had reserved. When we saw the vehicle, it was apparent that it would be too small for our needs and they quickly changed the arrangements for switching vehicles and provided us the larger vehicle with a small different. During the time it took us to sign the papers, the vehicle had arrived and we were able to go on our way. We left the car at the airport on our departure and did not encounter any surprise charges or fees later on. Our experience was positive and if I visited Paros, I would use them again without any hesitation.

I’ve just had to call the police on Chaniotis for assaulting me and my girlfriend and coming out of the shop with a glass bottle threatening to kill us. Not even joking.
He’s known across the island for scamming tourists and demanding damage prices although before-pictures were presented.
He also tried charging 200€ to my card, after we left the island!! Thankfully I had called the bank letting them know this would happen soon.
STAY AWAY!!!

No A/C
Broken handbrake (which is also used as emergency brake in case normal brakes fail)
Front right door couldn't lock
Rear right door couldn't close properly (the first time i almost fell out of the car)
The engine light on the board was ON
During the first hour we complained about the A/C. Manager's answer: "go to the service point and i ll pay for it"
Little later we discovered and complain about the door that cannot lock
Manager's answer: "eeh ok they don't steal here in Paros"
Late at night we realized about the broken handbrake, so we called early the next day.
Manager's answer: "go to the service store and i ll pay it"
We came for VACATION!!! To relax, not to die in a car accident nor to spend all of our time at the service store!!!
After 3 times fighting over the phone, we got a replacement car the 3rd day of rental...
