★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a car for 3 days, car all in all was ok. Fair price compared to the vehicles. The staff was rude: they made a mistake in calculating the price, the next day they asked us for 45 € more, but there were no problems for us, mistakes happen, the problem is that the owner got angry with us and treated us as guilty with a terrible rudeness. Positive note: the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place to rent a car for three days. One of the employees offered us an Opel Corsa for 60€, which seemed like an excellent price, so we signed the contract.
A few hours later we were called back to the agency because the guy had made a mistake and he said that we had to pay an additional 45€.
I went to talk with the owner of the place because I wanted to understand why we had to pay more and he started screaming at me. He repeatedly asked me if I was the “lawyer” to mock me, and said that if we didn’t want to pay we had to give the car back and leave.
Luckily, his son intervened and calmly explained that the first guy had made a mistake.
Obviously we payed the additional charge but I seriously recommend to find another place if you don’t want to be treated like a garbage bag.
