Chalet bastante lejos de Heraclión. Ubicado en una urbanización con bastantes años. Tiene parcela y piscina privada. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Baños viejos que les vendría muy bien una reforma. Cocina integrada con salón. Todo el mobiliario del salón-comedor es de exterior. Sofás muy incómodos. Pequeña televisión. Dormitorios en la primera planta y muebles también viejos. Dentro de la urbanización hay parking para unos cuantos coches.

An ideal peaceful location for planning excursions to all Crete, especially if you combine your stay there with a rental car from the same family company that owns it (Zakros Tours) like us, or just resting for some days beside the pool. One of Zakros Tours agent, Lisa, was waiting for our flight to arrive at the Heraklion airport to deliver us the car that we had booked -always with a kind smile- and kindly instructed us to follow her with our car to the village of Pendamodi, patiently waiting for us at the traffic lights! If you are planning excursions like us, I recommend booking a gps with the car for easier navigation as the Cretan roads are a little tricky. When we arrived, Lisa showed us around the small village and the villa. To our surprise, she had brought some groceries for our first night and breakfast as we arrived late afternoon. I should also add that she was very open-minded to how we were going to share the beds… The next morning, after contacting us, Adonis (another agent of Zakros Tours) visited us to make sure everything was fine with our stay. We went to the local café near the villa and after he bought us some raki and local snacks, he showed us the best places (“ta kalitera!”) that you can visit (and places that we could omit visiting): beaches, tavernas, bars, places of archaeological interest, but especially places that are not on any tourist guide. Adonis wanted to make sure that we were going to have a very enjoyable holiday and showed true interest. We felt like old friends and showed us the true Cretan hospitality. Moreover, Mrs. Olga, his lovely mother, was more than happy to book us tickets from their office, for our excursion to Rhodes and give us advice! The villa that we stayed (Christina III) has two studio-like living rooms and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen at the ground floor as well as a bathroom and a storeroom. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 bathrooms. The villa is fully equipped and is exactly as advertised, with a pool and a well-maintained garden. Some of the amenities: air conditioner in every room, fireplace, hair dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, pots and kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, full cooker/ stove with hob, satellite tv, wifi, radio – cd – dvd player….. It is cleaned twice a week, bedsheets and towels changed by a very polite maid. There is a minimarket just a few meters from the villa and a picturesque café. Everything else is at a reasonable distance if you have a car, since Heraklion is just 15km away. All in all, we had an unforgettable holiday as the people of Zakros Tours made sure of that. The customer service that they provide is exquisite and we now know that we have a friend to always welcome us at Crete in our future holidays!

Beautiful house with a nice swimming pool. They don't clean the swimming pool and there are no chloor cubes in there, but you do have a net to clean the swimming pool yourself. The house is next to that very luxury and nice. Has air-conditioning in every room.

Beautiful!!! Located in Pendamodi in Crete, Greece with a population of about 278. It is a quiet and a very accommodating village. Villas have basic necessities plus a washing machine and pool. Comfortable!
