The villa is unique, new, very clean, well equipped, with a Gym, pool, place to do your own Pizza and Barbecue, Kosta and is family are the best hosts a guest can fream on in a sta\range country. He met us in the airport, prepared us food in the fridge and his mom made us delicious cake and moussaka. We had the opportunity to taste from his wine and his father's olive oil. I hope we will be able to return soon.

Just the perfect location to step away from everyday reality! Placed perfectly 10 minutes away from Heraklion city center, and within 2 hours drive from East to West of the island if you want to explore ( Driving was super easy BTW). Up the hill and overseeing the blue ocean waters, with other hill surrounding you. The villa itself has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Costas the host and his family were so friendly and pleasant, there were available when we needed them and had some great suggestion that made our trip just AMAZING! They cooked us an authentic meal and brought wine from the vineyard and it was just a heavenly combination. They are the nicest people I’ve ever met and I’m so glad we stayed at their property. You can't describe in words how beautiful and perfect the location and the house are. You have everything you need right there and it's also just 10 minutes away from the beach or Iraklion. But the most special thing is that you feel like being at home. Kostas and his wonderful family are really the best hosts you can imagine. I just can recommend to everybody to come to this beautiful place and enjoy the view, the pool and the silence! Thank you Kostas and we will see each other again next year in our "second home" :-)
r	robert coombes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. Host is amazing. He picked us up at the airport and spent a few hours with us helping solve a car rental debacle. He then spent more time with us showing us grocery stores and locations where we might be interested. He is simply invaluable. The place is top notch. Or group is 4 people and we paid about 530usd a person for a weeks stay and it is cheap for what you get. Private pool. Gym, pool table, private vinyard location that has stunning views. I think it had 5 bedrooms but and not sure because this place is so big I only see my part of the Villa most days. The wine they produce here is very good and I think you'll love it as well. The brick BBQ and pizza oven were a hit with us! I really can't say enough about this place. If you are looking for a place to stay this is it!

There’s a nice little market just down the street to pick up provisions. The hosts are super friendly as well. They gave us wine, fruit, amazing homecooked Cretan food too. I highly recommend the private wine tasting and food pairing offered through this place as well. Well worth it! I loved squeezing the fresh oranges and lemons out front in the mornings for a great breakfast. Perfect for families, large or small groups as well.

The location is perfect – on a hill in a vineyard with breathtaking views of the sea, Heraklion, mountains & vineyards. We prepared our own pizza and cooked it in the external stone oven, bought meat and fish in the nearby town and prepared a barbecue – ate meals on the terrace by the pool, enjoying the beautiful surrounding panoramic views. The pool is beautiful, plenty of room for all 7 of us to enjoy the cool water together. The host and his family made every effort to make us feel welcome – greeting us upon arrival with freshly backed cake, wine, honey, grapes and more, and being accessible for information and assistance during our stay. We shall be back Kostas!

It is huge, with every single amenity you would need for a stay. Kostas is always available, but the villa is completely private. The pool, the games, the pool table were all put to good use during our 4 night stay, and I am not embarrassed to admit we didn't even leave the villa! Thank you, Kostas and family for making our honeymoon incredible.

As for the place! beggining from the garden with a great view of complete Heraklion coast! Moving in to the house! its a huge house with anything that you need! more than enough space for 10 people! there is also an outside fireplace where you can freely do your bbqs! Strongly recommend this place!
