T	Theo.P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το Suunto Spartan Ultra που έχω γιατί δεν έκανε updates και δεν μπορούσα να συνδέσω τον ΗR sensor. Πέρα από την.καθυστέρηση που μου προκάλεσε , -απάντησε μετά από 4 μέρες στα τηλέφωνά μου και αφού είχα αρχίσει να χρησιμοποιώ γαλλικές εκφράσεις- με διαβεβαίωσε ότι το ρολόι δεν φτιάχνεται, ένα μικροκυκλωμα από αυτά που μόνο αυτός μπορεί να δει είχε κολλήσει λέει λόγω του ότι το ρολόι έβαζε νερά από τα κουμπιά. Ο δε HR sensor δεν συνδεόταν παρά τις επανηλημενες προσπάθειες που έκανε και μάλιστα και αυτό συνέβαινε λόγω του ότι το κύκλωμα είχε κολλήσει.... Μου πρότεινε δε να αγοράσω ένα καινούργιο suunto με μια μικρή έκπτωση. Τελικά όταν έφυγα από κει έβαλα μπαταρία στον HR sensor και συνδέθηκε αμέσως. Προφανώς δεν είχε ασχοληθεί καθόλου και προσπάθησε να πουλήσει ένα καινούργιο ρολόι. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Κρίμα που η Suunto έδωσε σε τέτοιους αεριτζηδες το service. Δεν συστήνεται σε καμία περίπτωση. Για του λόγου το αληθές βάζω φωτογραφία με τον hr sensor συνδεδεμένο. I went to the Suunto Spartan Ultra I have because it did not update and I could not connect the HR sensor. Apart from the delay he caused me, -he answered after 4 days on my phones and after I had started using French expressions- he assured me that the clock was not being repaired, a microcircuit of what only he could see had stuck because of that the watch was watering the buttons. The HR sensor was not connected despite the repeated efforts he made and in fact this was due to the fact that the circuit was stuck .... He suggested me to buy a new suunto with a small discount. Finally when I left there I put a battery in the HR sensor and it connected immediately. Apparently he had not bothered at all and tried to sell a new watch. Unacceptable behavior. It is a pity that Suunto gave the service to such fans. Not recommended in any case. For the real reason I put a photo with the hr sensor connected.

Οι άνθρωποι εχουν σημαντικές γνώσεις και βρέθηκε λύση για το ρολόι μου ενω κανεις δεν το αναλάμβανε και εκτός απο γνώσεις εχουν και ολη την καλή διάθεση να σε εξυπηρετήσουν!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Incredible service !! People have important knowledge and a solution was found for my watch while no one undertook it and apart from knowledge they are in a good mood to serve you !! I highly recommend!!

Είχα πρόβλημα με ένα ρολόι το οποίο αγόρασα πριν δέκα μήνες μάρκας suunto.Το έστειλα στο service και εφόσον δεν μπόρεσαν να επισκευάσουν τη βλάβη το παρέπεμψαν στην εταιρεία και μου έστειλαν καινούργιο.Θελω να τους ευχαριστήσω για την άψογη ενημέρωση και το τέλειο αποτέλεσμα που επετεύχθη και πάλι ευχαριστώ. Congratulations!!!! I had a problem with a watch that I bought ten months ago from suunto brand. I sent it to the service and if they could not repair the damage they referred it to the company and they sent me a new one. I want to thank them for the perfect information and the perfect result thanks again.
