Είναι αφιερωμένη στον Άγιο που προστατεύει τους ναυτικούς επειδή πολλοί κάτοικοι ταξίδευαν συχνά και ζητούσαν την προστασία του. The imposing church of Agios Nikolaos was built in 1708. It has a beautiful gilded iconostasis and a very tall bell tower in a hexagonal shape. It is dedicated to the Saint who protects sailors because many residents traveled frequently and asked for his protection.

Το καμπαναριό του είναι από τα ωραιότερα!! An amazing stone temple that is worth your visit, even on the outside, since it is always (no matter how many times I have been there) locked. Its bell tower is one of the most beautiful !!

Το πέμπτο χωριό του Ζαγοριού σε έκταση και πληθυσμό. Κτισμένο στις πλαγιές της Τύμφης και σε υψόμετρο 1.080 μ., το Τσεπέλοβο είναι πρωτεύουσα του Δήμου Τύμφης και ξεχωρίζει για το μεγάλο μέγεθος και την αρχοντική του εμφάνιση. Κεφαλοχώρι με παραδοσιακή ηπειρώτικη αρχιτεκτονική, όμορφα σπίτια, αρκετά αρχοντικά (Κέντρου, Παπάζογλου, Βαζίμα και Τσαβαλιά) και παραδοσιακά καλντερίμια. Στολίδι του χωριού είναι ο ναός του Αγίου Νικολάου (18ος αι), χαρακτηριστικό δείγμα της ηπειρώτικης αρχιτεκτονικής, με επιχρυσωμένο τέμπλο, αγιογραφίες Καπεσοβιτών ζωγράφων και εξάγωνο πυργόμορφο καμπαναριό. Άλλα ενδιαφέροντα αξιοθέατα στο χωριό είναι η γραφική λιθόστρωτη πλατεία, το κτήριο του Δημαρχείου. Λειτούργησε σε αυτό σχολείο από το 1700, όταν υπήρχαν ελάχιστα σχολεία στο Ζαγόρι. Στα 1820, όταν τα τουρκικά στρατεύματα πολιόρκησαν τον Αλή Πασά στα Γιάννινα, κατέφυγαν στο Τσεπέλοβο ο Ψαλίδας και ο Βηλαράς, όπου βρίσκεται και ο τάφος του. Το 1868, που το Ζαγόρι έχασε τα προνόμια, το Τσεπέλοβο έγινε η πρωτεύυσα των Τουρκικών Αρχών (Κουντουρλίκι). Το 1913 οι Τούρκοι έκαψαν 13 σπίτια του χωριού.
