β β β β β I rented a car for 1 year but the overall service was not good.
The clerk and employeer are kind people but the other things are not satisfied. When I exchanged car, the car had a damage.
I, of course, about to pay the cost by my own mony, but they charged the cost by credit card without any notification. I feel very uncomfortable and discussed such situation but never get better response.
Also, there are no response/reply in spite of a number of message.
I got a stress many times and they charged invoice two times in one month. I always contacted them and so many error situation I got.
I want to change the car company but due to remainig perod,
I will use because their is no choice to me.
I do not want to recommend to other people.

β β β β β Best car rental company in Athens! We use them for over 9 years ones or twice a year. Customer service is at its best
Prices are way below the others
They have a large variety of car sizes and they're well kept! If any problems arise they are there to help. They bring the car to airport (or any location you need) and pick it up at the end of your rental. We never had any problems.

β β β β β The worst rental place ever, would put 0 stars if possible, did not get any car even though booked in advance. This is the biggest scam ever. Whatever you do, do not rent a car here. My whole holiday was ruined and I lost alot of money

β β β β β Great car rental company! It was the only car rental agency in Athens where we could find decent prices for a rental car during summer. We had to leave early, because our travel plans changed. The owner showed us that he understands our situation, was fair and gave us a refund for the remaining days. On arrival, the employee of the company met us in the airport. Car was nice and everyone was friendly. I recommend Clio Car rental to other travellers. Thanks for providing a superb service!

β β β β β AVOID if you don't want to waste your time, or worse.
I checked the website of this car rental and they showed availability for the type of car and the time slots (a 3-day in June and a 7-day in June/July 2022) I wanted. Then I called them and I talked to Grigoris who politely explained the options, prices etc. and promised to send an email with links to pay the deposits to confirm the reservations. So far so good. Some hours later I get an email message from him saying that some associate of his had already booked the cars for another client. Meanwhile 24 hrs after all that their website stills shows availability for the car and dates I want.
All this suggests a very amateurish, unreliable, and misleading operation, to say the least. Thankfully there are many car rentals around Athens so you (the customer) are spoilt for choice.

β β β β β Clio went above and beyond expectations with their long term parking service and I could not recommend them enough. Not only do you get private airport pick up\ drop off but you get generous hospitality along the way. When I arrived at the car park I was offered coffee and breakfast, and when my car door lock was stuck once I returned to it, the guy took time out of his day to fix it himself. Thank you!
