Είχα κλείσει test drive για το ηλεκτρικό Fiat 500 μια μέρα πριν και όταν πήγα μου είπαν ότι "κάτι έτυχε" και το πήρε ο ιδιοκτήτης πριν λίγο και έφυγε! Ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει δουλειές, εμείς οι υπόλοιποι δεν έχουμε! Καλή τύχη σε μελλοντικές πωλήσεις! Unacceptable treatment. Η βλάβη εντοπίστηκε και επισκευάστηκε άμεσα. Με ιδία πρωτοβουλία κατάφεραν να μου αντικατασταθεί προβληματικό μέρος μετά από επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία,γεγονός ανέλπιστο. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής,χωρίς κρυφές χρεώσεις. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στον τεχνικό σύμβουλο κύριο Ιγνατίου. Excellent service, professionalism, experience, honesty. Πήγα ένα fiat panda καινούριο μετά από τρακάρισμα και η αντιμετώπιση τους άκρως επαγγελματική και φιλική παρόλο που δεν είχα αγοράσει το αυτοκίνητο από αυτούς. Μου έλυσαν όλες τις απορίες και το αποτέλεσμα μετά την επισκευή τέλειο χωρίς να πληρώσω πολλά χρήματα. Από εδώ και στο εξής θα πηγαίνω για service εκεί. Excellent delegation. Το μόνο παράπονο ότι χρειάστηκα κάποιο ανταλλακτικό το οποίο δεν υπήρχε ετοιμοπαραδοτο . Θα ήθελα και μια καλύτερη τιμολογιακή πολιτικη Relatively easily I made an appointment for service after 5 days, impeccable service from Mr. Akis Ignatiou polite, detailed, patient. Επίσης η κυρία που απαντά στο τηλέφωνο είναι πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Γενικά το επίπεδο του επαγγελματισμού είναι πολύ υψηλό και με έχουν κερδίσει σαν πελάτη.
