★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here over the summer - not every day you get to stay at a literal Olive Garden! The property is big enough for a quiet evening stroll, you are walking distance from lots of eateries and especially the beach! Downtown Kalamata is either a healthy walk or a short bus ride - we always walked but the bus line is very close to Common Dream.
Highly recommended. Host Leonidas was very hospitable, and even offered us some homegrown produce during our stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real “Dream House” located in a 5 ha “forest” of olive, lemon and orange trees!!
“By the beach” because is less than 50 m to the best and largest beach of Kalamata.
The hosts are kind and friendly! Leonidas and his parents were our friends and guides.
The house is renovated and modern, having everything you may need.
It is located very close to restaurants, shopping and Promenada of Kalamata.
Highly recomanded!!
