★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small hotel near the beach. Very friendly owner. At the ground floor there is a bar. You can use special towels for a beach too.
You can walk to the Central bus station for approximately 15 minutes. To the Old town is 20 minutes along the sea promenade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just a perfect aparthotel two minutes walk from the sea. Constantinos is one of the best hotel owners I've ever seen. He's very friendly, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is in an excellent close to the beach location for summer vacations as it is inside a city and 400m to the beach. 2nd floor and no elevator means what it means for people of certain age and above but Constantinos would offer to carry your luggage.
My room could use some more decent cleaning in the bathroom, I visited during winter and fares were at their lowest so not much complaint there as well.
It's not their fault but a municipality problem that during winter it is next to impossible to open the window. Some neighbour has got a wooden stove and all the smoke gets to the window making it impossible to allow you to open it to get fresh air inside. I guess the smoke would be inexistent in summer of course.
All in All, fine communication with Constantinos and the facility is excellent for summer and for young to mid aged people while fares are fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantino is very helpful and patient! The studios are super clean and very well equipped!
The location is incredibly strategic: 1 minute from the beach, a few minutes down there is another beach more private, restaurants and cafes are everywhere around and if you plan to do some excursions then the pick up point is there about too!
