★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located upstairs of the Ambrosia shop, the room itself is a spacious room for 2 people. The bathroom is compact and the floor gets wet after showering but they give you new towels every morning so that's not an issue.
The best parts are the location and employees. The pier is a short (5 minute) walk away and the shops are directly outside of your door. The girls working downstairs are the friendliest people in the world and made our trip more memorable with their suggestions. If location is important to you, this place will be perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely spacious, quaint room...albeit at top of spiral staircase! Central in old town so very convenient but street noise till quite late. Friendly, helpful landlady. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Small communal kitchen to make tea and coffee at any time. The showeroom was a bit tight and no toiletries but again clean, fully functional plumbing, constant hot water and fresh, pure white towels. We only stayed 1 night as we were on route to airport having travelled back from the south of the island. Wish we had found this on our initial stay in Chania the week before. Would recommend.

It is very well located in the center of Chania and 5 min walking from the old Harbour with all the restaurants.
The room was clean and had warm water.
There was no balcony but a shared Veranda on the rooftop. Unfortunately you cannot see the beautiful center from there.
Dania was very nice and helpful. As she runs the business below, she is always available for your questions. She provided many information about restaurants, beaches and activities. She also organized a rental car for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place ran by a fantastic couple who are so friendly and thoughtful, they really care about people. Great for backpackers people who want to explore there is a cute little kitchen with all you need to make food and relax it's safe and secure and the shop downstairs has everything you could ever want to take home and it's right in the heart of chania Harbour which is the most stunning location in Greece we can't wait to go back.
