β β β β β We stayed here for our honeymoon. We got a warm welcome from the staff. Everyone's just lovely. We had a great time. It's very close to the beach and the pools are nice. Rooms get a proper daily clean and the turndown service includes 2 bottles of water. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were.
Breakfast could be a bit better/have more variety. The pool area could be looked after a bit better. It didn't necessarily seem super clean. The WiFi in the room wasn't always stable.
Overall we loved our stay and if we would come back to Zakinthos, we'd stay there again.

β β β β β This place is top of my all time places to stay, I have nothing but good to say, clean, pleasant, food choice and quality are all first class, but the staff are what make it even more memorable, Labros makes thr cocktails, whilst Eleni talks you thru breakfast and lunch menu and serves with a charm and a smile all day from dawn to dusk... thank you Contessina suites n spa

β β β β β Very nice service and helpful employees. Little update since today there are also children in the hotel staying and that's annoying especially because the hotel mentioned on their internetsite it's adults only hotel and It's a shame that I view people can ruin the holiday of all the hotel guests and the hotel crew does not intervenes. Four hotel guest where screaming en talking very loud at their terras till 02.30 am and nobody of te crew said something about it. Next time we won't come back .

β β β β β Simply amazing, had the pleasure of staying for a week, I had the choice of a jacuzzi in my room or a private pool , I choose the pool which was amazing. Each room comes with a marshal Bluetooth high quality speaker so you can play your own music. . Breakfast buffet includes vodka wine and champagne, along with the usual selections. The architecture is beautiful and modern. They have a spa with sauna and pool and massage is also available. The staff are actually some of the best I have come across .

Rooms are well designed and comfy, housekeeping comes 2x/day.
Service is warm and attentive, people make you feel like family. Thank you to Eleni, Anastasia, Christos and many others. Will definitely be back!

β β β β β Amazing place! We had such a warm welcome, the staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet is divers and fresh. There are different choices of coffee, all freshly made and served at the table. The rooms and environment are clean and comfortable. And I looooooooove the bean bags at the pool. Definitely five star suites! And Sarah, youβre a five star guest relations manager ?
