★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT! Look the other negative comments, and how NOT PRO they respond to them. They are not honest people and make you reserve for a little price. Once you reserved, you will come back on the day you need the car, and they will INSIST FOR HOURS until you accept to take the expensive insurance that finally was not included... Long story short, SCAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! SHAME ON THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked the day before about the prices and comprehensiveness... He sasd in full insurance everything is included... And paid 20€ depot. Turns out full insurance is basicaly not an insurance at all (comprehensive is probably more than some cars are worth) . He told me ishould take the "Total insurance" which is more than twice the price and still not fully comprehensive... I decided to nit take the car and forgot to take back the depot and they didn't even bother to remind me...
In conclusen avoid Romanos car rental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE SCAM! Be carful they attract you with a little price, they tell you « yes don’t worry no caution and full insurance included » and on the day you need the car they will VEEERY insist that you take the insurance, one hour of blabla until you accept. If you don’t accept they want to block 3000€ on your account for the caution. If you say ok, they will pretend to reach somebody, tell you to come back in 15 minutes.Then when you come back he will tell you that, this imaginary person he tries to reach “is very busy now, so go rent a car somewhere else”.
INCREDIBLE!!! I will leave reviews on every sites for sure. They just scammed the wrong person…

Read the other negative comments! All the positives are just fake made by them. Just like those fake calls they do in front of you with the “insurance” who suddenly accepts to give you a discount “special for you” ?
Attractive little prices and end up over the market prices.
The day you meet they are all nice and propose you a very good price with no caution and with the insurance…
The day you need the car, suddenly the insurance is not fully included. And they will talk to you during a very long time until you accepts if you don’t accept they will pretend to get somebody to check your account and blocked few thousands for the caution. That person doesn’t exist, it’s just to make you lose more time, because he tells you to come back in 15 minutes. And when you come back he will tell you that person if too busy and you can go away and find somebody else. Of course, he will never let you the car for the little price he promised at the beginning…

You can go and check yourself.
They attract you with a little price, you do your deposit, and on the day you need the car, the price is suddenly much higher than what you agreed. Too good to be true.
The night of the reservation we really well asked « this little price? With the insurance? And no caution », he clearly said « yes yes, insurance included, no caution needed »… THIS WAS ALL LIES! We were supposed to pay 75€ we ended up with a 280€ bill. For the « insurance » (money in their pocket actually).
I would just thank Romanos for the life lesson, now I will always check the reviews before I make deals with companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam company! They tried to cheat us with the mileage, which we were monitoring in order to avoid this sort of scam! They then refused to give my father's passport back, demanding us to pay extra money. We ended up having to call the police, who made them give the passport back. We ended up spending hours with this, and it completely ruined our hoilday. Don't ever rent from this company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my girlfriend had to cancel the trip, because they lie about the car/prices & insurance!
They show you cheap prices,
And when U come to pick up the car at 9:30 in the morning. they wanted to block 5000,- from credit card, and also 0.90 cents per km driven.
Ofcourse we didnt accept this!
Beware for this SCAM!
We already paid half of the money for the "reservation" and they dont even give you the money back.
