Excellent choice for personal training. The responsible coach works professionally and the one without is big, very clean and equipped with instruments for a variety of exercises and fitness items.

Ο χώρος έχει θέρμανση και κλιματισμό. Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Great place with professional trainers and coaches! Lesson structured and enjoyable. All measures for covid are observed. The space has heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend it.

Πάντα είναι δίπλα σου και προσέχει την εκτέλεση των ασκήσεων. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Ο χώρος είπα ο καθαρός και τηρούνται όλα τα μέτρα COVID-19. The best in personal training. The coach is amazing !! The program is different each time and tailored to the needs of everyone. He is always by your side and pays attention to the execution of the exercises. Το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι δίνεται μεγάλη έμφαση στον τρόπο εκτέλεσης των ασκήσεων με αποτέλεσμα να μειώνεται κατά πολύ ο κίνδυνος τραυματισμών ή/και προβλημάτων που συνήθως εμφανίζονται σε δεύτερο χρόνο.
