★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE!!!... I don't understand how people say this is a good hotel. We paid for superior sea view room which is meant to be 6th floor and when we arrived was given a ground floor room no views just surrounded by bushes and stinks of sewage. Spoke to reception who promised in the morning we'd be moved. Next day manager came and spoke to us was DISCUSTINGLY RUDE!!! saying we was stupid why do we think we should have the rooms we booked!! we purposely paid extra for those rooms!. Hotel is trying to say they upgraded us when clearly not they had overbooked the hotel. Not apologetic , no compensation for our loss. So if you've never stayed here before give it a miss cause you might end up not getting what you paid for .Stayed in nicer cleaner better hotels for a fraction of the price. TERRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the Corfu holiday palace and were faced with a €40 room tax which is fine but never had that anywhere else I've stayed, collected our room cards and the room stunk of diesel ? and not a sea view but upon speaking to the polite gentleman on reception he upgraded us without charge. We arrived a day after they opened and after an apparent massive storm so nothing apart from the indoor pool and "spa" were open. Outdoor pool not cleaned until day 4. Breakfast was OK and dinner was below par on most mornings and evenings. Be careful of ordering food and drink poolside, very expensive! On the whole it was just ok but definitely won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my visit to Corfu Holiday Palace.
My partner and I visited in April. We got there just before it got busy for easter.
So firstly, the room. The room was large and the bathroom was nice, but the only thing was that the bathroom door didn't close properly. Not a real issue if you're staying with someone you know well. The contents in the room were refreshed daily, towels were replaced every day and the bed was remade every day. The only issue was that sometimes the cleaner came quite late (like 5pm) so if you'd been out all day, you'd feel like you couldn't chill out in your room. Luckily there was a nice private beach and the bar downstairs, so it was easy to find somewhere to pass the time. There's also a mini fridge in the room so you can go to a local shop and put some water etc in there.
The breakfast and dinner facilities were nice. We got to sit outside every day except our last evening and morning, when it was really busy. The food was nice and there was something different every day. It is buffet style so there is plenty to choose from. Loads of desserts which is good. The bars are really quite cheap and often deliver to where you're sitting and you can put the price on your hotel tab.
The private beach was amazing. Although it wasn't really hot, it was still really nice out there. You can borrow towels for free from the spa if you get a towel card from reception. You can order the drinks to your sun lounger which was just great.
There's also a health centre within the hotel, but we didn't use it. They offered massages etc, but we were too busy enjoying the other facilities.
I can't actually explain how much I enjoyed this holiday. Can't speak for when it's busy, but early April was a good time for us to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had opted for a room that looks over the lake, but could only see the carpark for the hotel. The room was dissapointing. Totally passable, but smelt slightly damp? The heating didn't work properly and kept cutting it even after being reported to reception.
Some rooms are clearly newly renovated and the hotel is likely playing catch up, it just seems I got the older room!
The food was brilliant on half board. And restaurant staff friendly and attentive.
The facilities such as the pool were spotless and pretty outstanding for the hotel stay price!
The elevator to the beach is charming and fun and the beach itself was well cared for and the beach bar was friendly and well priced.
A bus runs from directly outside (2a) to the old town, although cash only so don't get caught out!
The supermarket selection near the hotel is minimal so grab supplies in town or face the 22euro suncream!
Looking for a great all round stay and not too fussy about the room? It's well worth a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel with stunning panoramic views. Easy access via bus into Corfu Town. The hotel is tired in places, especially the indoor pool. I'd say it's more a 4 star than 5 star hotel. Lovely food and drink. Service in the bar slow with not enough staff covering all guests. All staff members extremely friendly and bedrooms well kept by the housekeeper. Nice little private beach but used by non guests as easy for them to access without proof of staying at the hotel. Thank you Corfu Holiday Palace for a lovely stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for a week here at the beginning of May, & loved it! The location & views were stunning- set in beautiful mature forest, with high up views across the bay to mouse island, more of the southeast coast, & across to the mountains of mainland Greece, as well as the crystal clear waters of the private beach. The hotel is near the airport, but we rarely noticed the take-off/landing noise, & we enjoyed watching the planes. The hotel itself was pristine, well built & classic. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, professional and lovely, & we can't praise them enough. Nicer the porter in particular made us feel very welcome, & our room was cleaned immaculately by lovely staff daily. We found the food to be high quality & of a good variety. We only noticed a smell of drains a few times (we'd read of this on a couple of reviews before going). Overall we loved our stay, quality for great value, & would definitely go back. Thank you again to the staff.
