★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Good Friday evening fall led to a need for medical assistsnce on Easter Saturday, the busiest weekend of the Corfu calendar.
I was offered an appointment less than 20 minutes from making a phone call. There was seamless efficiency from reception to nursing and medical staff.
My problem required X-rays for a suspected shoulder fracture, clear guidance on what to do when returning home from holiday and prescription of drugs.
There was also comprehensive follow-up in terms of a DVD of the X-rays, an email to back that up and even a Fit to Fly certificate to ensure that a person wearing a sling would not be unduly inconvenienced at the airport.
The level of service and attention to patient care was tremendous and what could easily have taken many hours in lots of European hospitals was dealt with very quickly.
Although I am a very experienced traveller who rarely leaves reviews of service, the professional staff at Corfumedica deserve the highest praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was fantastic, she sorted out my severe allergic reaction and was provided high quality care from the doctor and the nurses. They were extremely friendly and sorted everything out. The doctor thoroughly explained the medication that I need to take and sorted me a list of foods to avoid as this is the first time I've had severe allergic reaction.

They took care of me in the best way possible and they made sure I felt safe and taken care of from the very first phone conversation that we had.
The doctor who examined me left me with no questions unanswered!!
