Όλα τα κορίτσια είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικά, ειδικότερα όμως μια από τις κοπέλες της οποίας δυστυχώς δεν έχω συγκρατήσει το όνομα (με μαύρα ίσια μαλλιά), με έχει εξυπηρετήσει και μου έχει προτείνει προσφορές που δεν είχα υπόψη μου. Κ	Κατερίνα Αθανασοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθήκαμε με την κόρη μου το συγκεκριμένο καταστημα γιατί λόγω της εργασίας της χρειαζόταν άμεσα μία βεβαίωση. Αυτή που μας εξυπηρέτησε μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι για την έκδοση της συγκεκριμένης βεβαίωσης χρειαζόταν μια ημέρα και οτι θα μας έπαιρνε τηλέφωνο. Όμως δεν ήρθε καθολου σε επικοινωνία και τη δεύτερη φορά που πηγαμε μία άλλη υπάλληλος μας είπε ότι θα υπάρξει κάποια καθυστέρηση. Εν τέλει την τρίτη φορά επισκέφθηκαμε το κατάστημα γιατί κατάλαβα την οκνηρία τους. Μια άλλη υπάλληλος τελικά εκείνη την ώρα μας έβγαλε τη βεβαίωση, επιβεβαιωνοντας την κοροϊδία τους και την ανεπαρκή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών τους. But he did not communicate at all and the second time we went another employee told us that there would be some delay. Finally the third time we visited the store because I understood their laziness. Another employee finally pulled out our certificate at that time, confirming their mockery and inadequate customer service.

Με πήρε τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσει για κάποιες προσφορές που έτρεχαν και έκτοτε μου έχει λύσει οποιαδήποτε απορία έχω, όσες φορές και αν επικοινώνησα. F	Fani Dan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτες όλες εκεί μέσα. Είχα πάει για αλλαγή ονόματος και μετατροπή από σύνδεση σε καρτοκινητό. Υποτίθεται ότι θα τα έφτιαχναν. Μετά από δύο μέρες κόβεται το τηλέφωνο. Την επόμενη παίρνω και μου λένε ότι θα πρέπει να το ανοιγωκλεισω για να πιάσει σήμα από την μετατροπή. Μην τα πολυλογώ εν τέλει ένα μήνα σχεδόν μου λέγανε μπούρδες. Το τηλέφωνο ποτέ δεν το έδωσαν για μετατροπή. Απλά το έκοψαν! Και ενώ με κορόιδευαν όλο αυτό το καιρό είχαν το θράσος να μου ζητήσουν και τελη επανασύνδεσης. Βρε ουστ... Unacceptable all in there. The next day I take it and they tell me that I have to open and close it to catch a signal from the conversion. Do not talk too much, in the end for almost a month they called me burdes. The phone was never given for conversion. They just cut it! And while they were making fun of me all this time, they had the audacity to ask me for reconnection fees. Go away...
