t	thodoris5321 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε γνωρίζω για aftersales, αλλά τα εξαρτήματα υπολογιστή τα είχαν διαθέσιμα στο κατάστημα όπως έγραφε το site (χωρίς παραγγελία) παρά το μικρό χώρο του, και σε πολύ φθηνές τιμές. Εξυπηρετικοί, ξέρουν τι πωλούν I do not know about aftersales, but the computer parts were available in the store as the site said (without order) despite its small space, and at very cheap prices. Helpful, they know what they are selling
x	xristos georgoudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρα την δυσαρεσκειά μου αναφορικά με την συσκευή η οποία ήταν ελαττωματική ομολογώ πως οι άνθρωποι του καταστήμαστος ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί και φιλικοί! Ενδιαφέρθηκαν για το πρόβλημα μου, βρήκαν άμεσα καινούργιο κινητό προς αντικατάσταση ! Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος και σαφώς θα το επισκεπτώ ξανά ! Despite my dissatisfaction regarding the device which was defective I confess that the people of the store were very helpful and friendly! They were interested in my problem, they immediately found a new mobile phone to be replaced! I am very happy and will definitely visit again!

Διότι όταν παραγγέλνεις ειναι αρκετά φιλικοί, μα όταν το κινητό που παραγγέλνεις ειναι ελαττωματικό δεν δίνουν την αρμόζουσα προσοχή! Πέρασαν 2 μήνες διχως να έχω κινητό ξανα στα χερια μου διότι αμελουσαν να πάρουν τηλέφωνο στο service για να μάθουμε λεπτομέρειες για την αντικατάσταση του κινητού ενώ παράλληλα η υπάλληλος ήταν άκρως ειρωνική, καθόλου εξυπηρετική κ όταν έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο δεν το σήκωνε κ οταν κατάφερνα να μιλήσω μαζι τους με πήγαιναν απο παράταση σε παράταση. Σ ενα μάλιστα απ τα τηλεφωνήματα με νευρα μου είπε να καλεσω εγω να μαθω την εξέλιξη του κινητού (διότι ειχε καλεσει λίγη ωρα πριν κ δεν υπήρχε εξέλιξη) μα λίγο αργότερα όταν κάλεσα εγώ υπηρχε ενημέρωση που δυστυχώς εγώ δε μπορουσα να τη μαθω διότι ηταν στο αφμ του μαγαζιου το δελτίο αποστολής οπότε κ δε μπορούσα να μάθω αν θα υπήρχε αντικατάσταση.(ουσιαστικά η υπάλληλος δεν τηλεφώνησε ποτέ) Κ όσον αφορά τα μεταφορικά ενω στην αρχη η κοπελα μου ειπε οτι τα χρεωνονται αυτοι μου τα ξαναχρεωσαν. Θεωρώ πως πραγματικα εαν μου ειχαν πει να το εστελνα εξ αρχης στο service εγω θα ειχε τελειώσει πολυ πιο γρήγορα η διαδικασία κ δε θα είχαμε σχεδόν καθημερινά τηλεφωνήματα διχως αποτέλεσμα. 1 star and I think that is enough. Because when you order they are quite friendly, but when the cell phone you order is defective they do not pay due attention! 2 months passed without having a mobile phone in my hands again because they neglected to call the service to find out details about the replacement of the mobile phone while at the same time the employee was extremely ironic, not at all helpful they took me from extension to extension. In fact, in one of the phone calls with nerves, he told me to call to find out the evolution of the mobile (because he had called a little while ago and there was no development) but a little later when I called there was information that unfortunately I could not find out because it was in of the store the delivery note so I could not find out if there would be a replacement. (basically the employee never called) As for the transport, while at the beginning my girlfriend told me that they are being charged, they charged me again. I think that really if I had been told to send it to the service from the beginning I would have finished the process much faster and we would not have had almost daily phone calls without result.

Και φορουσασν και μασκες που βλεπω μια κυρια πιο κατω γκρινιαζει (αν και δεν μας πολυενδιαφερει) Nice deal with young people. And immediate information when the order arrived. Good price. I did not have a problem. And they wore masks and I see a lady below whining (although we are not very interested)

Τελικά το κράτησαν στο ράφι STOCK EXCHANGE RATES !!! With another price I placed the order with another they wanted to sell it to me when I went to pick it up and they had another price on their site. Finally they kept it on the shelf

BUT after I saw that is for redmi note....we call and they said you can use for your phone.....finally we gave to courier and they send new one,but only one no more present! If they apologize and send one more like present I will be ok....
