G	Getsi Georgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεύτερη φορά που μου συμβαίνει να θέλω να τους καλέσω για να συνεννοηθώ σχετικά με την ώρα παράδοσης και το τηλέφωνο που έχουν να μη λειτουργεί καν, να μην απαντανε πότε στο μέιλ και ούτε φυσικά να το κοιτάζουν, ενώ ποτέ δεν καλούν για το πότε θα έρθουν, όπως συχνά κάνουν άλλες εταιρειες. Εννοείται επίσης, ότι είναι τρομερά αργοί, αλλά τουλάχιστον θα το εκτιμούσα αν το λάμβανα έστω και καθυστερημένα και να μη χρειάζεται κάθε φορά να περνάω τις περιπέτειες του Οδυσσέα, ώστε να το παραλάβω! Πλέον προσωπικά στο μέλλον από όπου και αν παραγγέλνω θα ζητώ από την κάθε επιχείρηση ΟΠΟΙΑΔΗΠΟΤΕ άλλη εταιρεια μεταφορών πέραν αυτης. Και καλό θα ήταν οι υπεύθυνοι να λάβουν υπόψιν τους σοβαρά τα αρνητικά σχόλια, αν θέλουν να θεωρούνται επαγγελματίες, γιατί μέχρι στιγμής δεν είναι είναι!!!! Απαράδεκτοι!!!!! The second time it happens to me that I want to call them to find out about the delivery time and the phone they have, that it does not even work, that they do not answer the e-mail and of course they do not look at it, while they never call about when they will arrive , as other companies often do. Of course, they are terribly slow, but at least I would appreciate it if I received it even late and did not have to go through the adventures of Odysseus every time to receive it! Now personally in the future from wherever I order I will ask from any company ANY other transport company besides that. And it would be good for those in charge to take seriously the negative comments, if they want to be considered professionals, because so far it is not !!!! Unacceptable !!!!!
Μ	Μιχάλης Δελώτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπήκα να σας γράψω το παράπονό μου, όμως είδα ότι κι άλλοι άνθρωποι, έχουν το ίδιο πρόβλημα με μένα, οπότε θα το γράψω κι εγώ, γιατί απλά ΔΕΝ αξίζετε σεβασμό από τους πελάτες σας! Είστε απαράδεκτοι! Από τη Δευτέρα περιμένω ένα δέμα, ο άνθρωπος το έστειλε τη Δευτέρα κιόλας από Πόρτο Ράφτη για Νέα Σμύρνη, είναι ΉΔΗ προπληρωμένο από τη μεριά μου και από την Τρίτη λέει μόνιμα ότι βρίσκεται στην διαλογή (Σάββατο σήμερα)! Είστε απλά απαράδεκτοι! Να φροντίσετε να κάνετε τη δουλειά σας πιο σωστά! Απατεώνες! Δεν είστε ΤΑΧΥμεταφορική, κανονικά θα έπρεπε να λέγεστε ΑΡΓΟμεταφορική! Μια χελώνα ή ένα σαλιγκάρι, θα το είχε ΉΔΗ φέρει το δέμα! Και μάθετε να σηκώνετε και τα τηλέφωνα, μην ξύνεστε! ΆΝΤΕ ΜΠΡΑΒΟ! Κανονικά θα έπρεπε να ζητήσετε εκατομμύρια συγγνώμες και να με αποζημιώσετε κιόλας, με το που θα φέρετε το δέμα μου! A turtle or a snail would have already brought the package! And learn to pick up the phones, do not scratch! ANTE WELL DONE! M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package is 7 weeks late. They sent me in circles calling all different elta courier shops. Each time I call the line says its busy and hangs up!!!!!! Unbelievable
A	Asinga Unfolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication skills, They seem to refuse hiring multilingual speakers so every time you call their phones and you don't speak Greek they hang up. If you keep calling then they might neglect you or they answer aggressively but still hang up as long as you keep speaking any language other than Greek. It takes a lot of trials to get your call answered and when they answer, they are aggressive. Their customer service desk must be the angriest desk in the whole world. Terrible delivery protocols, They never notify you before coming to your home, they always come unsuspected and unannounced. I don't know why they only deliver parcels in the morning hours while people are out for work. Personally, I ask them to bring my parcels in the evening say from 3pm and they refuse yet they always say to their partners/{where we buy from} and on their websites that they deliver packages from 9am-8pm. They also refuse leaving my parcels to the nearest office and instead send them far from my address, if I have multiple packages they spread the packages to different offices instead of gathering them at one post office. Every time my packages come through ELTA courier I just wanna give up on them and ask for a refund from the seller. You are the worst! Shame upon y'all!
