S	Sissi Filippidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier ever! The only way to receive your package is if you are lucky enough to be home when they decide to deliver it. If not, forget about it. No second attempt to deliver & nobody picks up the phone at the office. NOBODY! And I have called ALL the stores.

Paid extra for Saturday delivery and never received anything, even though waited all day for the bell to ring. They are just sending messages of failure to deliver without even attempting. Their best solution was to wait until Monday because they are busy (as if that’s my problem). Will have to return product to sender as Monday is a no go for me. If you are buying try to avoid if you are a retailer better find a company that delivers! Shameful at all levels and extremely rude.

Totally unprofessional, definitely never again and I will make sure to speak up about them to everyone I know.
D	Deniz T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 4 days for delivery. Was promised everyday it would come next day. Even took day off work. Turns out they noted it down as to be picked up for some reason. Had to travel to go get it myself. Not what a courier service is supposed to be about. If you deal with them do it over phone. Chat is useless and seems that chat and phone use different systems and do not communicate with each other.
S	Savvas Papasavvas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big disappointment! Employees had to search for our package among other thousands without success for 20 minutes or more. Delivery is done only two time if unsuccessful. Only paper notifications left in the post box. No sms no email nothing electronic. Although delivery was south suburbs we were dragged to central Athens to pickup. No other option available over the phone despite all efforts.
A	Asinga Unfolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I missed a package delivery being at work at the time, I wasn't notified about that delivery in advance. As usual, they send me a notification through viber talking about how they attempted to deliver a package but they didn't find me home and I should call on a given number to schedule a new delivery appointment. ELTA Courier in all Greece seems to have a problem with English speakers or hiring English speaking support agents? They hang up on me every time I say the first word, and because of this communication issue I've several times failed to get my parcels.
Ε	Ε μ' τι? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is most probably the worst courier company that exists in the world. Lost packages, no attempts to deliver items, and no notifications on failed delivery "attempts". It honestly feels like the way the company is set up, is just to make it harder for customers for the enjoyment of the people in charge. Last time I had a package I had to go through a 3 hour adventure just to receive it. Went to the wrong office because of incorrect info, then to the correct office, and was told my package was lost and they didn't know specifically where it was, so I had to wait for 2 hours there for them to find it.
S	Stavros Markakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are indeed very few people inside the company that are very willing to help the customers...but when you pay for a service that proclaims FAST delivery (that is in the common sense i believe...) and it takes more than a week inside Athens to deliver then...i made my case.Every other courier service including ACS made delivery to me from Athens to Crete (north of the African coast for god's sake) in 2 and even 1 business days.
