Le plus de cet établissement est l'accueil formidable de son propriétaire et de sa famille. George a été d'une grande aide et disponibilité pour nous conseiller en sorties et restaurants. Nous conseillons vivement ! Hotel Creta Mar-Gio is a small family hotel very well located in the heart of Malia. It gives access to a superb pool with bar feet in the water. The most of this establishment is the wonderful welcome of its owner and his family. George was very helpful and available to advise us on outings and restaurants. We strongly advise!

Be aware of added charges as George loves charging for anything such as pre existing beds that were already broke from previous guests to the charge of 300 euro!! Showers are stinking and tinny. George’s da doesn’t know a word of English and shouts with his Greek accent at you. Strongly advise to stay away
A	Airit Kasvand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable room, well cleaned. Location was excellent! Very close to the sity center, bus stop, shops, clubs, restaurants. The hosts were great, very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday! :)

We were told a day before our arrival that the AC was 7€ a day (it was like 40°C at this moment)... with no other option like a fan to cool the place. Plus we were asked to pay cash the moment we entered the place. The swimming pool you see on the photos belongs to another hostel (pretty nice and for the same prices with the AC, a bar and a pool) That’s actually sad to see this kind of place empty during summer season. I hope it will get better for them.
