Me and my girlfriend came here for a weeks holiday and we was unimpressed by the hotel. Not only do they make you had over your passport so you can have the key to the room, they also want to charge you for everything. (€80 for the air con, €25 to use the safe) Not only that but everything they sell in there (food and drink) is like 3 times the cost of just getting it from the shop. The towels were changed once in the whole week and the bin in the bathroom was changed twice. The water was never hot or even remotely warm. The TUI rep was so unhelpful he just wanted to sit by the bar and drink. The breakfast they offer as well was terrible.

Dirty rooms , sheets and towels were only changed 3 times during our 1 week stay . A/C and room safe are not included in the price and are €10 a day to use . Staff are very rude and unfriendly. Hotel may have a pool but is a drunken mess !!

Me and my husband (middle age group)had a weeks stay last week in May.We didn’t pay a lot for a TUI package deal,so did not expect much. We were very pleased with the hotel pool area and grounds, kept immaculate. The B&B is continental however this was very good and plentiful. Our room was basic but everything we needed hot water and powerful shower, clean towels and bedding changed regularly during our week stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a cracking week and the weather was fabulous. The hotel does have lots of signs stating what you can or can’t do and apparently fines are issued out but I get this as I can imagine it can get out of control. CCTV in operation around all grounds corridors which I think is an extra safety procotion as well as catching you in the “act” (what ever you may be doing)?‍♂️ We would return at a similar time off year as the hotel is a “Scene”and I believe is aimed For the younger guests however a variety of age groups when we stayed. Good location set back from strip. Thumbs up from us???

This hotel has so much potential. It has beautifully kept gardens and pool area. The room we stayed in was generously proportioned and clean. The overall layout of the facilities was great. However, the management lets it down. The breakfast was monotonous and cheaply put together. The drinks at the bar were served from behind cocktail menu boards so you couldn't see what was going in them, (distinct lack of G in my G&T), the prices were too high for a 1 star hotel. A glass of red wine I ordered was so watered down it was translucent and sour. The cleaning staff were friendly and hard working. The management was loud, and disinterested in the guests and their dogs barked constantly in the caged area in the dining/reception room. The hotel serves it purpose for the many youngsters who go to Malia to hit the strip, but the beds and general furnishings were too hard and uncomfortable for us older guests. I took painkillers every day for my back due to the bed quite frankly.

Lovely (big, 60 room) family hotel. Great pool area, good wine, fine breakfast. The not so excellent things are the rooms, WiFi, cooking. But the great location (quiet, but 1 minute away from all the action) and the owners hospitality makes up for everything.

I don’t normally write reviews, however the experience I’ve had with this hotel was horrific. Firstly, we booked for a double bed and received two single beds, Secondly, we booked for breakfast in the morning and I can honestly say it was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had abroad. The variety lacked the food provided was horrible cold fried eggs and was meant to cater for all the people in the hotel but was never enough food put out. I regular go on holiday and find it easier to take photos of my suitcase whenever I leave my room just for my safety and the safety of the maids so they can’t be wrongly accused, on day 2 I returned to my room to see that it had been cleaned and my suitcase looked as if it had be rumigde when I checked my suitcase to see if anything was stolen I found that 30 euros was taken!! When I approached the staff at the reception to explain I had photo proof they refused to believe me even going so far to call me a liar and then as we was speaking one of the maid approached screaming calling me a liar so I then walked away as they were all shouting and arguing with me in Greek. Thirdly, the showers worked for two days then after that would take up to 30 minutes before releasing cold water only And finally the food at lunch is TERRIBLE DO NOT GET THE BURGERS !!!

Me and my friend just got back from a week away at this hotel. The rooms are not what they look like on the pictures at all! The bathroom was dirty, the cleaners never cleaned our room properly or never gave us fresh towels. The only good thing about the hotel was the outside pool area which was very clean and tidy. Staff wasn’t that helpful and was quite rude
