J	Jessica Locke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very enjoyable, family friendly experience! I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-3.5 star, because the rooms are a little dated. The highlight was the pool, the kids spent hours there. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice treat and convenient in the morning, with different selection each day. We didn't do all inclusive, but the food at the resort was very affordable, e.g. an entree and a drink for only 9 Euros. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, no frills and good value!

We were due to arrive before our room was ready and we felt instantly welcomed by the staff the moment we entered reception. Throughout our stay, every member of staff were so helpful to us, from organising our car rental to providing detailed daily trip itineraries to places I could never of imagined to be so gorgeous and breathtaking ! And to personalising our drinks & food and also just the overall communication in every encounter - all of whom are so polite, genuine and kind. My boyfriend and I feel like we have finished our trip with great friends made that we'll always remember and look forward to coming back again over the years . Thanks for everything Creta Palm ?x ❤
P	Paul Conroy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful hotel that was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop was just about 50 meters down the road which will take you into Chania for €1.60 and it travels every hour, it was well worth the stay and we will be back,
R	Roselyn BRewin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 week was more than enough, room clean, hotel clean, food was passable , the staff are all amazing, hotel needs updating for disabled people too may steps only 1 lift up too restaurant or down too gym Nothing to do around the area it's buses everywhere or taxi if you can't walk,we had our children with us 15 to 23s year old and there was nothing for them to do either
S	Seija Eliza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creta Palm is a quite big hotel. There are two swimming pools and also two pool bars. Beach is on the other side of Kissamos road. Hotel is very clean and all staff friendly. All inclusive food is excellent with variation of dishes at dinner. The bartender Jimmy is a wonderful person, the best! Everybody loves him.
Þ	Þórdís Bjarkadóttir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very clean and nice and the staff were really nice. Our room was great and my father wants to go again next year! The location is very nice just a few second walk from the beach and there is a very nice mini golf place besides the hotel.

The breakfast and dinner are tasty. In the evenings they always offer something different from the other day. The only complain I would have is that at dinner you have to pay for the drinks, even water.
