L	Luca STR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so wonderful at the beaches and to stand at the front of the ship and watching the sea. But on the ship there were unfortunately only Nestle ice cream but a surprising delicious warm catering. And quite overbooked but ok... it's for tourists...
F	Faye L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly beautiful location but not a very reliable company and anyone wanting to visit Balos/Gramvousa should look elsewhere. I was told twice to go to another boat with only 10 minutes until departure, only to find out that only paper tickets were being accepted with no good reason given. I booked online and had a mobile ticket. I was eventually let on after a lot of arguing but about 15-20 people were turned away with valid tickets. I assume that they had overbooked. From reading the reviews this is not the first time that this has happened.
D	Dario Garcia Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful day for the whole family. Well organized and great visits to glorious Balos lagoon and Gramvousa Island. Better be well equipped with sunscreen, headgear, towels, a set of dry clothes and appropriate shoes for the climb to the Venetian fort. Food, snacks, drinks, ice cream and beach umbrellas available on the ferry, all at affordable prices. We went with our six-year old kid and enjoyed every minute of it.

Admittedly there is a huge number of people visiting Balos/Grambousa so the ferries/boats need to be more to serve all those people. Safety should come first.
t	tridip choudhury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the numerous bad reviews in mind we still took a chance today. Apart from the fact, theres-no-corona-in-this-cruise, rest was all fine. It was punctual in our to-fro journey to Balos. But, yes we took a chance although knowing the fact that there are no corona measures enforced. Very few are standing, most of us are seated. Full house, yes. Food was good, a bit expensive though. 25e pp, I am happy. Come early if you want to be seated.

The company and the crew was very helpful, it has also student offers. It was one of the most nice experiences that I had. I will definitely visit your company again!! :)
M	Michaela Lan Nguyenová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One adult ticket from Kissamos to Gramvousa/Balos cost us 27€ and the instructions on their website said to arrive 30 minutes before the departure time. We did so and the boat was already full of people and plenty of people were still waiting in the queue to board with us. If you had previously bought a ticket online, you still have to go the the ticket office in the Kissamos port to pay the city tax (1€ per person) where you'll receive a printed ticket, so make sure to do that before you get in the line to board. The boat probably held 300 people or more, you're not guaranteed a seat on the boat, some of us stood/sat down to get a good view. We could barely hear the announcements during the boat ride and you have to pay close attention when they announce the time of the nearest boat departure from Gramvousa/Balos or else they could leave you behind ? The food was okay, stuffed bell pepper cost us 8,4€. Be prepared to wait in the queue if you want to get some food/drinks. The website said the boat ride will take 20 minutes - ha, more like 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES just to Gramvousa! ? It can get windy on the boat so make sure to bring a hoodie or at least a towel. We had around 1 hours to do whatever we wanted on Gramvousa and 2,5 hours on Balos.
s	saviour visanich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t look at any reviews, we drove to Kissamos and bought the Balos and Gramavousa tickets from the first ticket booth that we found. All I can say is that we had a great day, the tour was punctual, and very organized. The boat, Spirit of Athos was very very clean and I really was surprised with the men’s toilet, spotless. Thank our lucky stars we didn’t go with our rental car, there was a tailend of back up cars for kilometers from Balos beach parking. Food on the boat adequate and cheap, all in all a very pleasant day except for the climb up to the fortress on Gramavousa . For those who complain on Covid risks, true, no precautions, but life must go on.
