A brilliant activity - a must do if you are in the Chania area.

Koula your host and instructor gathers together the freshest ingredients, explains the dishes and guides the group through the creation of some wonderful dishes. You will go home with a small book that has the recipes you have created. And there is no shortage of food and wine to enjoy to finish the experience.

You'll learn the secret of how to make filo pastry (hint: a special long and thin rolling pin!) Skills you'll keep for a lifetime so well woryh the money. Mrs Koula will also travel to your villa if the centre is closed in winter.

The setting is amazing, the class is held inside of an old open air olive oil mill. From the moment you walk in to the mill you are captivated by your surroundings and then you are taken away with the amazing food that you prepare and eat rich with local flavors!
