V	Vlado Pivec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reliable an flexible. Good communication, fair price, no hidden costs. A nice lady was waiting for us at the airport in the middle of the night upon arrival, and at the end of our stay we got one extra night for free.

They are lovely people. I have picked up from Heraklion the port and left at Chania airport. They gave us nice and clean car. I highly recommend this company if you want to do car rental in Crete.
N	Nikolai B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sceptical when i saw the very cheap price. We booked a car for 15 days (Pick up in Heraklion Airport and drop off in Chania Airport). Our luggage was stuck at the bag drop off and we came 2 hours late. Unfortunately i wasn't paying attention to my phone because Yiannis (as far as i know one of the two owners of cretecars) Was calling and waiting outside the whole time with a sign. I was suprised that Yiannis was very welcoming and helpful because we have let him wait for so long. We received our car afterwards really quick a Toyota Yaris. The car was prfectly fine and we had no problems. We had to drop off the car at a airport parking for rental cars. When we asked the key Manager at the entry, he told us where to drop the car and to leave the keys at his little cabine. Everything went perfectly smooth and we are happy that we chose cretecars! So definitely recommended.

Extra drivers are free to add too, so whilst other company's costs add up, the price with cretecars.com is transparent and straightforward with no hidden extras . Great service, they dropped the car to our door and we could choose where we wanted to leave it at the end of the rental. Nice new and clean car. We would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again.

After we landed in Heraklion the guy came to the arrivals area in just a few minutes. 10 minutes later we were heading to our hotel. At the end we dropped the key, and 5 minutes later in the departures hall ;) Price was very acceptable, and all-risk included.

They provided the exact type of car I requested, promptly delivered it to the airport and made drop off extremely easy. They were also very affordable. I recommend this company if you need a rental car in Crete.

On arrival in Crete I was greeted at the airport, signed the papers and taken to the car. It was fully comprehensive so there was no checking to be done. The car was good and returning the car was easy and hassle free as I just parked and left the car with an agent. No security deposit was taken from my credit card so the whole holiday was stress free. Well done ?

Car was delivered at our hotel and gentleman who did it was very kind. At the end we've just left the keys at the reception and we didn't manage to meet company's worker, so this opinion is our "thank you" for allowing us to travel nearly 1000km through east Crete with style and wind in our hair.
