★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinary service. I rented 7-seat car using the Google Maps chat! Car was clean and on time with all child seats I requested and with full coverage insurance. Really easygoing car return policy. Undeniable best car rental service I've experienced so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their services in July 2017 and everything was fine, the car was in good conditions and well-maintained. The interior was very clean and no odour of smoking. No deposit was requested on pick-up.
I applied to a different DriveNow office in Blue Sky hotel few kilometers east from Ierapetra, it is not marked on Google Maps but it was just in front of my hotel thus it was very convenient to pick-up and return the car.

The Rental company had a Passat limo, a grand Vitara SUV and some small Cars, typical for Crete.
Got a fast reply per Email and asked for the specific Car and booked.
Had a good transfer from the hotel to the Rental office - the Car was clean and in good condition.
It has a base model Spec - but we just needed Air condition. Fine automobile to Cruise around the Island.
Pricing was fair, friendly staff and fast communication response.
I would recommend this car Rental.
I often rent at Europacar and Sixt - but this local Rental had a good position for us and the personal contact was a plus.
