She helped me with the maps . The day I reached she told me about the free museums and acropolis day and I could manage to do the same with her help in how to reach fast . She got us a fantastic deal for 7 of us to cape Sunion and posideon temple . She was always so cheerful and wanting to lend that’s extra hand to go out of her way to help . Thanks a million dear and would recommend this place to everyone. Very close to the metro the supermarket and plenty of restaurants around .

G	Gman123a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 10 day stay for our 1st trip in Athens and it was made all the better with the comfort of the Crowne Plaza City Center. The staff were very courteous and helpful the entire stay and quite helpful. The city center location is absolutely essential as many of the main tourist areas are within 15-20 minute walk and the others in a short and inexpensive cab ride. The breakfast is top notch and the staff were always friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens. The only critique, and it is relatively minor, there was a dust build-up over the 10 days on the bedside tables and counters that became noticeable about the 4th day that was never wiped away.
U	Uros Colovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent hotel for business trips. Close to city centre but not smack in the middle of it. Has its own garage with valet service (15e per day). Rooms are clean and breakfast is nice and served in a top floor dining hall with a pool (summer only). The view during breakfast is very nice. Free Wi-Fi with decent connection speeds.
C	C W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice. Staff are full of courtesy and professional. The room facility is great with ample rooms. I was upgraded into a club room. There were pod coffee machine, free water, biscuits and cocoa drinks. For sports fans there were 14 sports channels I think. Covers major European football and basketball games. The bed is comfortable and I had a great sleep. Charging ports are plenty. Club lounge is boutique. Offering is generic. But for breakfast it fills the hole. There are soft drinks, water and beers any time. I only used for breakfast so don't know about evenings. My room had a balcony but the door did not open, slightly inconvenience. But that does not take away the fact that the hotel is superb for its value.

The location is also convenient, with walking distance you could find great spot and something nice to eat. The breakfast level is also okay. The improvement point: I have no clues why having the music on from the speaker in the hall way, you could hear it when lying in the bed and it was late in the evening(after 23:00) and earlier in the morning(06:00), really annoying when you want to enjoy a peaceful sleep.

After a long flight, it was relaxing and rejuvenating to have a quiet room, hot bath, and stocked refrigerator. The staff is incredibly kind, everyone was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. A special thank you to Alexandros, who helped us navigate the area. Breakfast and room service are delightful.
