★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the studios, the annexe of the hotel, which is not at all close to the hotel it is in fact a 10 minute walk or a quick drive in one of the staff members car. It is next to a loud bar, away from the beach and has no WiFi at all. You do not get any facilities that the hotel has such as the pool and restaurant. The plumbing is awful with drains regularly blocking and barely any hot water. We booked this for our honeymoon and its been a big disappointment. The only response is to tell us that it is as described which is completely false as it is listed;
"Annex of the Crystal Beach Hotel
Crystal Studios is set in Kalamaki, approximately 200 metres from the beach and the Crystal Beach Hotel. Every studio includes a TV. A kitchenette with basic equipment for breakfast preparation is also available. Air conditioning is available at a surcharge".
The place is described as annexe which by definition is "a building joined to or associated with a main building, providing additional space or accommodation" not a building 10 minutes away with non of the same facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice hotel, very clean. amazing location and beautiful view onto the sea. they gave us an upgrade so that we got a bigger room when we came. only the breakfast was terrible and a woman working at the breakfast buffet was very rude to us there one morning. so skip the breakfast and maybe get some at brusco in laganas! and for dinner go visit the incredible restaurant right beside the hotel called peluzo - amazing food and lovely staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, natural beauty spot with magical beach access. Unfortunately half-board food was bad.
Liked · This hotel is located at a beautiful, tranquil beach area. Most parts of the beach are closed (when we came, end of June) due to Turtles breeding in that area, also the entire beach is closed by 10:00pm. Overall this is the right place for a low-key, quiet stay. The more crowded party area is a 15mins walk away.
Disliked · Staff extremely nice, poor English in most cases though. Breakfast can get very crowded and slow serviced. Half-Board food options were extremely basic unfortunately - food was mostly badly cooked, drenched in oil and overall of really bad quality sadly.
Sidebar - the entire building felt like a MC Escher painting - LOTS of stairs, very labyrinthian feel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this hotel is everything! Right on the beach with clear water. We had an upgrade to superior room with sea view at arrival and the room was huge and so beautifully decorated. Food is really nice either morning buffet or a la carte at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystal Hotel is the only hotel on the beach in Kalamaki area, right on turtles beach where you can see many turtle's nests and you can enjoy an amazing view.
Room was very clean, it has AC and a small refrigerator.
Cleaning in the room was done every day and the hotel is keeping all pandemic regulations, which made us feel safe.
Staff was very professional and helpful all the time, they really did our stay here more enjoyable. ?
Breakfast was delicious and diverse with fresh vegetables and fruits every day and you can enjoy lunch or dinner as well.
Me and my boyfriend had 7 amazing days here, we totally recomanded it if you are looking for tranquility, relaxation and intimacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in September. Our holidays were so good that they passed in the wink of an eye thanks to the wonderful staff of the hotel, delicious food, gorgeous views, facilities like the pool and sun beds by the sea, a convenient location which allowed us to visit all the highlights of the island. Do spend a bit more and book a room with a sea view and a half board. You will never regret and will certainly want to come back again as we do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone falls in love with view. Great hotel so far. The most valuable were kind and helpful stuff/people/servise. Amazing and delicious food. Tasty dinner, clear water and beach, nice and calm sea, clean rooms, area.
One minus for me was opening hours for pool area and back gate at 10 as I wanted workout every morning at 6-7am.
However we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to hotel for amazing time here.
