Lovely room with good view. Super clean and modern. Good variety of food and drinks. Nice sized pool area with plenty of sunbeds.

I spent a week at a Klelia Beach hotel and I am still really charmed by it! First of all, I admire the people who work here because I saw how hard they work for the whole day. From early morning to 11 PM they are still smiling and they care about guests. Always kind, no matter how long they are on their feet. Sometimes at other places I feel I am just a job or a burden for service people but NOT here. I felt like a wanted and liked guest. Another thing is food. It was so delicious and I think people who work in the kitchen are passionate about their job. I heard them singing in kitchen and they looked like having fun preparing all of this. Every day there was more than 10 meals to pick from and it always was tasty. If something ended, they immediately added more to the dish. People who work at the bar were really kind too. If someone ordered something unusual that wasn't on the list, they did they best to deliver it and asked if all is okay. We got everything we needed in this hotel. The location is amazing, near (in my opinion) the best beach in Zakynthos (Kalamaki). Everything was nice and clean and we always had the place to park our car (but we were here out of season). Now I need to learn how to do some recipes that was served at Klelia because I will miss them so much.

The food was awful and never fully heated. The water kept going off. Snacks were only available for 2 hours each day and we booked all inclusive. The beds were so hard that sleep was nearly impossible. The toilet bins by the pool area were overflowing on some days. The toilets in the main hotel, none of the doors fitted correctly so did not lock. Overall extremely dissapointing.

The room smelled of sewerage, I assume coming from the bathroom, this slightly improved if you covered the drain with a towel We paid £1900 for a junior suite that had a whirlpool bath on the balcony, we couldn't use as the balcony was missing any kind of privacy wall we were connected to next doors balcony and the barrier was missing, they were noisy and rude we wouldn't have used the outdoor bath as it was rusty, dirty and had no plug! This is not a 4star hotel but a 3star at the very most, food was served in a self serve canteen, nothing special at all, every meal was eaten there and was monotonous, plastic, cups, plastic chairs plastic tables, what a disappointment The place itself Kalamaki was gorgeous and weather was glorious, bars and restaurants really good The hotel cleaners cooks and waiting staff are over worked and management just looked lazy what a shame, we expected better from jet2 We would return to zante but not to the hotel unfortunately

Super nice hotel! Hard working people who are really there for you if you need anything. The food is great. Every night there are some different dishes to choose from. Also the rooms are very nice and modern.

Had a great time here. The food is very good, staff super helpful and friendly. The entertainment is just spot on! Make sure you ask Kristina at the desk to arrange some excursions, it can save you a bit and the service is way better! Great hotel. Definitely coming back soon!

Great hotel! Many different reviews and opinions I’d say take note of recent ones! Food was very good, you could tell it was homemade and the chefs are top guys that show there passion! I see people complain about the times of food, but that made it more fresh? I don’t know many people who like food sitting all day. They had show style cooking in which a chef would prepare different meals I loved that! Along with an unexpected Sunday dinner which was really good, the pork fell apart! The Greek night also spot on! Bar staff, waiters all very caring and couldn’t be more helpful, the drinks were really good if you like cocktails and they provide water bottles for the room in which is a fridge to store, just ask at the bar for this. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Location was spot on, very quiet area with lots of local bars, shops, restaurants etc which are still worth visiting even though you have all inclusive. Entertainment I really enjoyed the Greek night and dancing. There are also local bars offering karaoke etc. Bad points Maybe have the option for cleaning the rooms? I don’t need a bed making everyday and fresh towels it’ll save money and resources. Plastic cup use, for a “turtle loving island” it seems not only Klielia but lots of places are over using plastic.

Great hotel and great staff, beer not the best for an all inclusive but shop over road is cheap enough. Food was nice too and location is brilliant. Will definitely be back!
