Ok, this is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. At best, it's a 2.5-star hotel. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The door to the balcony is broken. The toilet drips throughout the night. And the shower is incredibly tiny. There is no say a grown man can take a shower in there comfortably. Not to mention the noise. The doors were made to carry noise so when the loud drunk people return in the middle of the night, it sakes everyone up. Stay away from this place. I don't know how this place got categorized as a 4-star hotel. And a lot of these reviews must be fake.

Very pleasant stay,close to Fira center and close to a big parking lot. The price is very reasonable for such a hotel comparing to others in the area.

Trust the negative reviews, I wish I did. Some of the staff here were nice, especially the lady that works at the pool bar. While we came here last July 2021 all I remember about this holiday is that I couldn’t wait to go home. This is not a 4/5 star hotel by far. The pool area was dirty, kids jumping off the loungers, people ate their breakfast on loungers, the cleaners just brushed them off with a towel, they were stained and they kept running out of towels, we had to sit on the poolside concrete floor some days. Our first night they put us in a small room where you can hear everyone walking by, cleaner and workers, so they moved us to a room by the pool. It’s on a main road, so it’s non stop traffic all day and all night and even party goers decided to have a private party in the ally next to our window. The air con leaked, some how the shower managed to leak water into main room, the fridge wasn’t cold and they hardly had anything available on the poolside menu. For a few days we ended up paying to stay at another hotel just to get away and relax .. which is what we went on holiday for.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great staff! Location is right off the main road which we liked bc it was an easy walk to all the shops nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was great and the pool area was sooo nice but the reason for the 3 star is the rooms... Very outdated and our room had a really bad smell. But overall we had a nice stay and the location was ideal.

It has been a most pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and it was obvious that the whole building has been recently renovated. The location was very convenient. The staff was professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

Things have to be balanced when submitting a review. A lot of Google reviews prior to my visit I feel are unfair. Given cost versus facilities versus location this hotel has a lot to offer and I would recommend staying here. I award 5 stars when taking all these things into account. For the money, this is worth the 5 stars. Yes there are some issues, but on balance I feel these are acceptable given all of the positive attributes. Breakfast . Lots and lots to choose from and quality is there. Little bit let down by the coffee and the juice. But all drinkable. Staff helpful and on hand. Bed/bathroom/pool etc Clean and comfortable. Enough sunbeds. Pool bar. Music at a comfortable level and enough seating to get away from it. Noise. Biggest bugbear for me as within the hotel itself.. noise travelled. Essentially from the corridors only as couldn't hear anything from adjoining rooms. This could be really irksome but on our stay (several nights) we didn't find it to be an issue in practice. Location. Literally minutes from the centre of Fira and all that it has to offer. Want to spend a fortune eating out? It's there. Want to be frugal and enjoy street food. It's there. Supermarket and pharmacy across the road as well. Overall, my opinion is this is a worthwhile hotel. Be aware of where you are. There are masses of variation locally and this is a good one.

My partner and I had a nice stay here for 5 nights, but there were pros& cons to it. Pros- Everything in walking distance including a parking lot if you have a rented vehicle. Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop and the Caldera just minutes away! The staff was very kind, always greeting us and answering any questions we had. The buffet breakfast was exceptional! Definitely exceeded our expectations. I’ve read some reviews about the rooms being small and leaking with no light but ours was the opposite. Beautiful view very spacious and everything functioned correctly. As well they do have a beautiful pool and garden area if you like to lounge around the hotel. Cons- You can hear everything outside your room. There was a couple nights our neighbors were so loud we lost hours of sleep which frustrated us. If you have good neighbors you won’t have to worry about this. Unfortunately it is right on the street so you can hear a lot of traffic. But that was nothing compared to the noise you hear in the hallway. The pool was not heated so it was too cold to swim in but in the warmer season that would not be a problem. Overall our favourite features were the convenient location, the buffet and the balcony!
