This is a decent family run hotel clean and good value for money. I didn't take the breakfast option because I know from previous Greek experience that it's basic and repetitive but you can purchase a cooked breakfast which is ok. Plenty of other places to get breakfast nearby. The owners and family are not unfriendly if you take the time to talk to them. There are air conditioning rooms available but I found that a large fan is perfectly adequate. Of course they charge for a/c, fans and safety boxes, this is not a 5 star place for goodness sake. They have a living to make during the season, we would all do the same. The pool bar does not close at 5pm but is open until midnight, there is no swimming after 8pm for safety and cleaning reasons. The nearby beach is long with plenty of beach bars and restaurants and is not dirty a few spots have stones but it is mostly sandy . The town centre is 10 mins away with plenty of restaurants and bars. People who complain about this place don't know Greece. You pay your money and take your choice. Stop moaning!

Extremely basic. Hand held showers. You have to pay extra for a kettle, air con or fan and safes. But the people that run it are lovely and is set ideally just out of the town. The pool is lovely and clean and plenty of sunbeds. It's cheap and cheerful

Friendly helpful staff, towels and bedding changed every couple of days, 5 minute walk from the beach and maybe 10 minutes into town, nice to be a little bit out the way as it's quiet and relaxing by the pool, good food drinks and cocktails, fantastic stay. No kettle in the room but you get all the basic cooking utensils so it's easy enough to boil water for coffee or whatever in the pot they give you, I really can't think of any reason to complain.

Been here 4 years in a row. Excellent location, beach close, an easy walk to the centre. Good air conditioning although its 10 euros a day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beach is fantastic, sandy and warm sea. It's good value if you are not expecting the Ritz. But it does look like it's all being upgraded. We will be back!

It looks good on the outside, but it's pretty basic on the inside. There is very poor network coverage in the rooms and there is no wifi; only on the reception lounge and in the pool area. The shower area from the bathroom is small, you need to remove the curtain to get a proper shower. Definitely not a quiet place. Breakfast is the same every day. The space is very clean and the personnel cleans the rooms every 2 days. Personnel seems friendly and helpful. Overall it's a decent place for the price they charge.

Nice place, good people, good food.

Great hotel. 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Very clean and friendly. The room we stayed in needs updating and had very limited cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery. We bought our own glasses and mugs. The English seemed to be separated from the other foreign guests. The provided breakfast was the same every day. I found the beds very uncomfortable. For the price and location not a bad hotel. Shop and bus stop next door. Beech is a five minute walk.

+The cleaning lady work very good and clean. + 5 min to beach + Pool and bar (22h) + Friendly personal + 10 min to city - no air conditioner / only u pay 70 bugs. - personal speak no English. ( Only 1 man and child) -+ room at 2 level has a broken door, and small shower ( but this is no problem. - breakfast is every time the same ( but it is good) - the conforme of my bed was not good. - wifi suxx at level 2. And i have only outdoor internet. But all in one i think it's a nice hotel and nice place but for second time i pass. Xoxo and thx for all BR from Mr white NM
