Friendly and accomodating. They were waiting to greet us late at night after a delayed flight and made us feel welcome. Rooms clean and aircon good. On beachfront. Spectacular. Recommended. (October 2021, just back from a return visit. Just as good as before, Michail the night manager was particularly friendly and helpful during our stay. Great place.)

Nice hotel, on the beach, good clean rooms, good breakfast and affordable for a quick lunch like pizza or sandwich. Has its own private beach and the bar delivers drinks there. Affordable sunbeds: 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella only 5 euro per day. In season, the hotel is not accessible by car. It offers parking lot a couple of blocks away. The navigation doesn't know the street is closed, so it will lead you there only to face a road block. If you have heavy luggage, that might be a serious issue.

Great place and quiet for a wonderful vacation near the beach. The hotel rooms are okay for a two stars hotel, but the location is amazing. A good place to spend few days away from the city. In the street, there are lots of restaurants and shops.

We stayed in this hotel sep/2018 when sardine festival , it was lovely! This year we returned two weeks for a drink but...the place has run down & so expensive! Very shame ?

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms with really nice balconies. Excellent breakfast and a splendid bar/restaurant that also serves at the beach right in front of the hotel. 5+ stars!

Basic but very clean rooms. Nice family hotel. Bargain. Most options are extra. Sun beds are 2.5€ each. Breakfast is 6€. Reserve the sun beds early. The food served is basic, but good. The staff are very friendly and speak multiple languages. If you bring chocolate from your own country they will be very grateful.

I booked 2 nights in this hotel as my sister visited me for a long weekend and we wanted to spend a couple of days in Chania. I had a twin bed room overlooking the beach and, as the price was so reasonable, was expecting it to be acceptable, but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout (rooms and other parts), the room was comfortable, well-equipped (fridge, TV, large bathroom with a shower and toiletries), towels and bed linens were extremely clean, with quilts available if wanted. The service was second to none - absolutely excellent at all times. Before walking into the city, we ordered tea without teabags (we had our own UK teabags to make a proper cuppa) from the downstairs bar at the front of the hotel and were not charged for this. When we returned quite late, we ordered the same again so we could have a cuppa before bed and the receptionist in charge gave us a kettle to use so that we could make a cuppa whenever we wanted. The downstairs bar serves food and snacks at a very reasonable rate which can be ordered from the terrace which overlooks the beach. The hotel location is perfect - walk across the road and you're on the sand. It's just a ten minute walk to Chania harbour with all its shops, bars and tavernas. The hotel is just far away to be quiet enough to get a good night's sleep, dropping off as you listen to the waves on the shore. The receptionist ordered a taxi to the airport for my sister on our last night, so no worries about getting to the airport on time. The hotel was excellent and all of the staff really couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I'll definitely use this hotel again in future and would thoroughly recommend it to others.
