J	Juha Hiltunen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Elena Beach Hotel is so great that we must come back as soon as possible. The Sunset is amazing and so great wiev on the balkony. Beach is so near and it's very easy to go,just go down from your room and walk through 30 meters and you are in the sea. Elena Beach Hotel's restaurant has very good food ,pizza,souvlaki , stifado e.t.c .It's a Family hotel and the people are very kind. We spend two weeks there and we loved that.

L	Lucia Jorge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is rather old and has no luxuries BUT... it has absolutely everything i needed to have a pleasant stay: decent bed, good shower, air conditioning and fridge. The staff, who seem to be the owners, where very friendly. The location is great: beachfront, 1km away from the city center and 1km away from the bus station. The plus: a lovely balcony with direct seafront view, perfect for breakfast! ? Ideal for solo travelers or friends. Not sure about couples. Good fit for people who dont spend much time in the hotel but like to get a decent rest.
R	Roro Awad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach staff (one blond short woman) was abusing me with the beach bed, she was beyond rude. I tried to complain to the manager of the hotel but couldn’t reach him on the phone. I complained to her manager who defended her behaviour by saying we rent the bed five times a day and you are staying the whole day! I don’t understand, I paid for my bed, actually they charge you for two beds and I told her you can rent the other if you want but she is simply a racist person and she wanted me out of the beach so she can rent the bed several times Unfortunately I have to put my complaints here because no one was listening to me on the beach. The hotel next to them has better staff and their beach is nice and their service is great I hope the owner of this hotel can see the damage this woman is causing to her hotel reputation and most importantly to the amazing Cretan people who are well known with their hospitality and smiling faces
L	Lee Alwan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Location is great. However, the power tripped a number of times in our apartment one evening so we had move to the hotel until the issue was resolved. Also, you are charged to use the room safe at €20/25 per week (I can't remember the exact amount) which should be included in the price of your booking. Also, there were very few utensils in the apartment.
