The floorpan and imaging really helped in imagining possible future layouts of the apartment. Secondly we were pleasantly surprised by their friendliness, correctness and good communication. Our contact person in DCI Real Estate, mr. Argiris Tzoumas is a great communicator and a genuinely honest person. Overall a great experience! English text follows. Τζούμας με βοήθησε αρκετά ώστε η ενοικίαση σπιτιού για την φοιτήτρια κόρη μου να είναι παιχνιδάκι...Νοικιάσαμε σπίτι στην Αθήνα από Κρήτη...από τον καναπέ του σπιτιού μας μόνο με την βοήθεια του κ.Τζούμα ...και πραγματικά η επιλογή μας ήταν άριστη ακριβώς σύμφωνη με τα λεγόμενα του κ.Τζούμα... μας εντυπωσίασε η ειλικρίνεια του, η αμέριστη κατανόηση και εμπιστοσύνη που υπέδειξε στο πρόσωπο μας και πραγματικά μας ενθουσίασε η ευχάριστη προσωπικοτητα του και η διάθεση του να βοηθήσει . Επικοινωνία, επαγγελματισμος, ΕΙΛΙΚΡΊΝΕΙΑ!!! Η συνεργασία μας για ενοικίαση μιας κατοικίας στην περιοχή του Παπάγου ήταν άψογη. Ο ΚΥΡΙΟΣ Τζουμας καταλάβαινε τις ανησυχίες μου, ήταν πάντοτε πρόθυμος να με κατατοπίσει σχετικά και διαθέσιμος στο τηλέφωνο ανά πάσα στιγμή!! Το χρονοδιάγραμμα που μου είχε θέσει τηρήθηκε κατά γράμμα. Αλλά αυτό που θεωρώ ότι τον κάνει να διαφέρει από τους λοιπούς είναι ότι μου τονιζε με δική του πρωτοβουλία τα κακώς κείμενα κάθε οικίας (είτε αισθητικού είτε δομικου ενδιαφέροντος), προκειμένου να έχω ολοκληρωμένη άποψη και να είμαι βέβαιος για την ενοικίαση στην οποία θα προβώ.
