Β	Βιβιαν Β on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φάντασμα απλά δεν υπάρχει, σε έχουν ατέλειωτη ώρα στην αναμονή και στο τέλος πέφτει και η γραμμή του στέλνεις τα πιστοποιητικά με COURIER δεν τα δέχονται αλλιώς πληρώνεις δηλαδή υποχρεωτικά και παρόλα αυτά το αίτημά σου δεν ικανοποιείται ποτέ. Και ξανατηλεφωνεις και πάλι κανένας για να σε ενημερώσει. Είναι πολύ μεγάλο πρόβλημα και απορώ πως δεν έχει βγει στην δημοσιότητα There is simply no ghost, they have endless hours waiting for you and in the end it falls and the line sends the certificates with COURIER they do not accept them otherwise you pay obligatorily and yet your request is never satisfied. And you call again to let anyone know. It is a very big problem and I wonder if it has not been published
Ζ	ΖΩΗ ΜΠΡΙΣΚΟΛΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρέτηση κάκιστη στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο με αλλεπάλληλες επικοινωνίες και πάλι δεν μπορούν να φέρουν εις πέρας ένα αίτημα(δεν βλέπουν ούτε τον φάκελο της κάθε περίπτωσης.)..ζητάνε συνεχώς τα ίδια έγγραφα που τους έχουν σταλεί με courier (speedex) αλλά και με mail. Τρομερή καθυστέρηση και γραφειοκρατία χωρίς προφανή λόγο. Κατάσταση Ζιμπάμπουε και χειρότερα.. Απορώ που μπορεί να απευθυνθεί ο πολίτης προκειμένου να συνδεθεί στο δίκτυο.. Bad service in the call center with repeated communications and again they can not complete a request (they do not even see the file of each case.) .. they constantly ask for the same documents that have been sent to them by courier (speedex) but also by mail. Terrible delay and bureaucracy for no apparent reason. Zimbabwe situation and worse .. I wonder where the citizen can go in order to connect to the network ..

Από τότε στα τηλέφωνα, καμία επικοινωνία, καμία εξυπηρέτηση και όταν ανέφερα σαν υστατο μέτρο πίεσης το νεογέννητο απλά το προσπέρασαν. ΝΤΡΟΠΗ! I am with a newborn child and I have sent all the documents by courier that they asked me the same day. Since then on the phones, no communication, no service and when I mentioned as a last measure of pressure the newborn just passed it. SHAME!

Ακατάλληλη τοποθεσία για τέτοιο κτίριο …χωρίς συγκοινωνία , το αποκορύφωμα είναι ότι βρίσκεται στα όρια του Δήμου Αχαρνών αλλά εξυπηρετεί το Βόρειο τομέα ….και παράλληλα κάποιος από το Μενίδι πρέπει να πάει 15 χλμ Νότια στο Περιστέρι για να εξυπηρετηθεί …..μπράβο ρε σαΐνια ωραία οργάνωση !!! In the middle of nowhere in the fields in Menidi. Unsuitable location for such a building… no transport, the highlight is that it is located on the borders of the Municipality of Acharnes but serves the Northern sector και .and at the same time someone from Menidi has to go 15 km south to Peristeri to be served… .. bravo sainia nice organization !!!
