Δε ξέρω με ποια κριτήρια τα συγκεκριμένα άτομα εργάζονται σε αυτό το χώρο. Δε κάνουν απολύτως τίποτα. Είναι προφανές ότι πληρώνονται μόνο για να υπογράφουν χαρτιά. Δε κάνουν τίποτα άλλο, χωρίς καμία υπερβολή. Ο χώρος εντωμεταξύ είναι μες στα σκουπίδια. Δεν υπάρχουν αρκετές αρνητικές λέξεις για να περιγράψεις την άθλια κατάσταση που επικρατεί εκεί. I wish no one would need to visit this place. Unruly and ignorant. I don't know what criteria these individuals are working in. They do absolutely nothing. It is obvious that they are paid only to sign papers. They do nothing else without exaggeration. In the meantime the space is in the trash. There are not enough negative words to describe the miserable situation there.

Βέβαια στο τηλεφωνικό αριθμό που σου δίνουν για να κλείσεις ραντεβού όσες φορές κι αν καλέσεις ΔΕΝ ΑΠΑΝΤΟΥΝ, οπότε στο τέλος αναγκάζεσαι να πληρώσεις τα γυαλιά από την τσέπη σου, αν θες να έχεις γυαλιά Public health is now in a tragic situation. They do not accept visits for the submission of supporting documents (due to COVID) and urge you to make an appointment by phone. Of course in the phone number they give you to make an appointment no matter how many times you call they do NOT ANSWER, so in the end you have to pay for the glasses out of your own pocket if you want to have glasses

Αναρτώ και τα σχετικά τηλέφωνα για πληροφορίες. Update: η διαδικασία είναι πλέον διαθέσιμη, διευθύνσεις στις φωτό. I wanted to make an appointment to submit supporting documents for glasses. I called the respective phone and they informed me that soon this process will be done electronically. I also post the relevant phones for information. Update: the process is now available, addresses in the photos.

Μου στέλνουν email ότι υπάρχουν ελλειπή δικαιολογητικά, στο site δεν μπορώ πουθενά να συμπληρώσω τα απαιτούμενα δικαιολογητικά, και εννοείται δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο ΠΟΤΕ! Unacceptable. They send me an email that there is a lack of supporting documents, on the site I can not fill in the required supporting documents anywhere, and of course they NEVER pick up the phone!

Εφυγε απτη ζωη ομως κ η απαντηση τους ηταν οτι λογω θανατου δεν δικαιουται να παρει πισω την παροχη αυτη! Ενας ανθρωπος με 30%ανεπαρκεια καρδιας....εγχειρηση ανοικτης καρδιας..αντικατασταση 2 βαλβιδων...βηματοδοτη κ.α! Η υπαλληλος μου ειπε οτι ειναι μια πολυυυυ χρονοβορα διαδικασια κ με ρωτησε αν ειχε διαθηκη. Αν ειχε διαθηκη θελει αλλα δικαιολογητικα αν δεν ειχε....αλλα δικαιολογητικα τα οποια δεν μπορουσε να μου τα πει εκεινη την ωρα γιατι ηταν "ενααα ολοκληρο κατεβατοοο "κ πρεπει να ξανακαλεσω μολις σχολασω... Ποσο λυπηρο πραγματικα!! Να πληρωνεις το κρατος μια ζωη κ να μη σου παρεχει τα αυτονοητα!!!! Tragic situation !!!!! really !! My father paid me to make the 100 euro glasses. He left a tangible life, however, and their answer was that due to death he is not entitled to take back this benefit! A person with 30% heart failure .... open heart surgery..replacement of 2 valves ... pacemaker etc! The clerk told me it was a very time consuming process and asked me if she had a will. If he had a will, he wants other supporting documents, if he did not have .... other supporting documents, which he could not tell me at that time because it was "a whole whole descent" and I have to call again as soon as I graduate ... How sad indeed !! To pay the state a life and not to provide you with the obvious !!!!

Εγω παιδιά πηγα να καταθεσω χαρτιά για να παρω χρηματα για μια πολυ ακριβη εξεταση, και με βοηθησαν αφανταστα!! Ασχοληθηκαν παρ ολο που επρεπε να εχω παει τα χαρτια μου νωρίτερα!! Και εκαναν τα πάντα για να πληρωθω!! Και για εμενα ηταν μια ευχαριστη εκπληξη!! I read a lot of negative comments and I am impressed. I guys went to deposit papers to get money for a very expensive exam, and they helped me unimaginably !! They dealt even though I should have gone my papers earlier !! And they did everything to get me paid !! And for me it was a pleasant surprise !!
