Καταπληκτικά! The account writes registration date 26/05/2021 to 31/05/2021 and when I go to register it sends a message: The time period during which you had the opportunity to register your meter reading was from 21/05/2021 to 27 / 05/2021. Amazing!

Απαραδεκτο δεν υπάρχει διευθυντής????? They have a tape recorder that says that due to covid it is forbidden to be in physical presence, they give you 10 phones to do your job and they do not pick up any !!!!! Unacceptable no manager ?????

You never answer the phone, I want to know if there is a power outage but you do not answer either the phone or the MAIL I sent you.

Έκανα αίτηση να πάω σε άλλο πάροχο και όπως προβλέπεται πρέπει να περάσει ο ΔΕΔΔΗΕ να πάρει την τελευταία ένδειξη για να βγει ο Τελικός Λογαριασμός. Μετά από ούτε μήνα πήρα τον νέο πάροχο να δηλώσω την ένδειξη και ο ΔΕΔΔΗΕ είχε δώσει πολλές παραπάνω κιλοβατώρες με αποτέλεσμα η ένδειξη η τελευταία να είναι μικρότερη και να μην μπορεί να προχωρήσει η διαδικασία. Κάθομαι τωρα με email και φωτογραφίες να διορθώσω το λάθος επειδή οι "κύριοι" βαριουνται να κάνουν την δουλειά τους. Αμφιβάλω αν πέρασε τελικά κανείς τους να πάρει την ένδειξη. Ο λόγος πάντως που αποφάσισα να φύγω από την ΔΕΗ, εκτός ότι μας κλέβουν μέσα στα μούτρα μας, είναι επειδή στον τελευταίο λογαριασμό είχαν γράψει λάθος ημερομηνίες για καταχώρηση ένδειξης και είχε περάσει η προθεσμία. Πήρα τηλέφωνο τον ΔΕΔΔΗΕ και πέταξαν το μπαλάκι στην ΔΕΗ για τυπογραφικό λάθος. Ήταν το κερασάκι στην τούρτα. Ιδιώτες και πάλι ιδιώτες! One star is too much. I applied to go to another provider and as provided HEDNO must go to get the last indication to get the Final Account. After less than a month I got the new provider to declare the indication and HEDNO had given many more kilowatt hours with the result that the last indication is smaller and the process can not proceed. I am now sitting with emails and photos to correct the mistake because the "gentlemen" are bored of doing their job. I doubt if anyone passed them to get the clue. However, the reason I decided to leave PPC, apart from the fact that they are stealing from us, is because in the last bill they had written wrong dates for the registration of an indication and the deadline had passed. I called HEDNO and they threw the ball to PPC for a typo. It was the icing on the cake. Individuals and individuals again!
