Ήταν κάτι παιδιά στην πόρτα τα οποία ήταν αγενεστατα και τελικά δεν έκανα τίποτα. Poor service. I wanted to make a name change which I did not do because they were miserable. There were some guys at the door who were rude and in the end I did nothing.

Δεν ξέρανε καν την τιμή της κιλοβατώρας.... Μου είπαν να μπω στο σάιτ. Γελάει ο κόσμος. Tragic service, still CIVIL SERVANTS working inside the store. I did not find ANYONE to serve me properly. They did not even know the price per kilowatt hour .... I was told to enter the site. People laugh.
S	Sofi S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 11/3/2022 χωρίς ραντεβου, επισκεφτικα την ΔΕΗ ΚΑΛΛΙΘΈΑΣ για διακοπη και νεα επανασύνδεση σε νεα διεύθυνση. Τοσα χρόνια στη δεη δεν εχω ξανασυναντηση τέτοια ευγενια, εξυπηρέτηση, χαμογελαστα προσωπα υπαλλήλων. Και ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός. Εύχομαι να συνεχίσει αυτη η συμπεριφορά. Οσο για τους λογαριασμούς, τις χρεώσεις κλπ αστα να πάνε. Γενικό το κακό. Today 11/3/2022 without an appointment, I visited PPC KALLITHEAS for interruption and new reconnection to a new address. For so many years in Dei I have never met such kindness, service, smiling faces of employees. And the place is very clean. I hope this behavior continues. As for the bills, the charges etc let them go. General evil.

Get here at 7am and be ready to wait a LOT. The other electricity companies are cheaper, and they don’t behave like your time and energy is worthless.

Never. And without a reason. I really hope not all greek people treat each other like this. Such a sad thing. It makes me disgusted too. I've never been called a liar in my life, except in this company, in this office. With loud voice. I was called a liar even though I can swear I didnt. You can understand how big thing that is. My experience and the truth in short.
