K	Kostas kal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειμαστε 28 ωρες χωρις ρευμα στο μαρουσι, δεν απαντανε στα τηλεφωνα. Στα δελτια τυπου αφηνουν να εννοειται οτι δεν υπαρχει βλαβη. Εχουμε παγωσει, δεν εχουμε τροφιμα. Ακολουησαμε τις οδηγιες των ειδικων και γεμισαμε τα ψυγεια, χασαμε 300 ευρω. We are 28 hours without electricity in Maroussi, they did not answer the phones. The press releases imply that there is no harm. We are frozen, we have no food. We followed the instructions of the experts and filled the refrigerators, we lost 300 euros.
J	John Chalkiadakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο τις χειροτερες υπηρεσιες απο το καλοκαιρι του 2021 προσπαθω να γινει συνδεση σε νεοκτιστο σπιτι με το δικτυο της δεδδηε εχω πληρωσει οτι χριαζοταν και το μονο που εκαναν ηταν να βαλουν κουτια χωρις καν μετρητη μεσα. και δεν απαντανε σε εμαιλ και αν απαντησουν θα ειναι 1 εμαιλ ανα ημερα και αν. ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΠΑΜΕ ΜΠΡΟΣΤΑ ΕΤΣΙ.. One of the worst services since the summer of 2021 is trying to make a connection to a newly built house with its network, since I paid for what was needed and all they did was put boxes without even cash inside. and did not reply to emails and if they reply it will be 1 email per day though. WE WILL NOT GO AHEAD THIS ..

Εκτός από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο οι υπεύθυνοι άφαντοι! !!!δυόμισι χρόνια δεν έχουν καταμέτρηση γιατί λέει το τζαμακι του μετρητή είναι θολό! !!!Οι ευθύνες μπαλάκι από το παροχο στο δεδδηε και τούμπαλιν. Απαράδεκτη χρονική διαχείριση υποθέσεων, είμαι χωρίς ρεύμα από δική τους αδικαιολόγητη καθυστέρηση. Αν είναι τόσο δύσκολο να απαντήσουν σε ένα μέιλ, φαντάζομαι πώς λειτουργούν και σε εσωτερικό επίπεδο. One thing I will say: From 16/12 I am waiting for them to respond to my email regarding a file that I have sent them. Unacceptable time management of cases, I am without electricity due to their unjustified delay. If it's so difficult for them to respond to an email, I imagine they work internally as well.
Α	Αγγελική Παναγιωτοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 70 ώρες χωρίς ρεύμα...και συνεχίζουμε! Η περιπτωση μας δεν σχετίζεται με γενική βλάβη στους πυλώνες μέσης τάσης. Ειναι ανεξάρτητη βλάβη λόγω κεραυνού! 3 βράδυα χωρίς ρεύμα και θέρμανση στους -5. Ακόμα.δεν έχουν εικόνα ποτε θα αποκατασταθούν οι ζημιες. Σε λιγες μέρες όμως θα ερθει κανονικά ο λογαριασμός με 89€ ρυθμιζόμενες χρεώσεις που αφορούν την δεδδυε. Τσίρκο! 70 hours without electricity ... and we continue! Our case is not related to a general fault in the medium voltage pylons. It is an independent damage due to lightning! 3 nights without electricity and heating at -5. They still have no idea when the damage will be repaired. In a few days, however, the bill will come normally with 89 € adjustable charges related to the data. Circus!
