Μια σκετη κοροιδια...πολυ προσοχη υπαρχει μεγαλη παραπλανηση...οταν αρχισαμε να ρωταμε τα ψηλα γραμματα του συμβολαιου λαβαμε μονο ανκριβεις απαντησεις δεν ηξεραν να απαντησουν στην ουσια σε παροτρυνουν γρηγορα να υπογραψεις σε κερνανε καφεδακι. η ουσια ειναι οτι προσπαθουν να κρυψουν τις παγιδες του προγραμματος και δεν γνωριζουν να σου απαντησουν επισημα καμια διευκρινιση. εμεις προτιμησαμε να μην προχωρησουμε απο το καταστημα (ακομα κ η υπευθυνη στις απαντησεις στο τελοσ ελεγε "νομιζω") Το νομιζω δεν ειναι απαντηση οταν αφορα χρεωσεις.

UNFORTUNATELY there is no 0. A simple joke ... very careful there is a great deception ... when we started asking the high letters of the contract we received only incorrect answers they did not know how to answer in essence they urge you to quickly sign a coffee. the point is that they are trying to hide the pitfalls of the program and do not know how to give you a formal answer. we preferred not to leave the store (even the person in charge of the answers at the end said "I think") I think is not an answer when it comes to charges.
AND THEN THE TELEPHONE FRAUD WITH HOMEONLINE STARTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση σε αυτό το κατάστημα είναι υποδειγματική. Η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση επίσης το ίδιο. Οι υπάλληλοι εκεί εξυπηρετούν και σέβονται τους πελάτες τους δείχνοντας ότι κάτι επιτέλους γίνεται στην ΔΕΗ που ευτυχώς αλλάζει. Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω να πω και αν είχε 10 αστέρια θα τα έβαζα με ευχαρίστηση
The service in this store is exemplary. Telephone service also the same. The employees there serve and respect their customers, showing that something is finally happening at PPC, which fortunately is changing. I have only good words to say and if it had 10 stars I would put them with pleasure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το νέο ανανεωμένο κατάστημα είναι όντως πολύ καλό. Καμία σχέση με τα παλαιά καταστήματα της ΔΕΗ με τους υπαλλήλους που δεν είχαν καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν. Πολύ καλή η οργάνωση, από το κλείσιμο του ραντεβού, την υποδοχή, την αναμονή και τελικά την εξυπηρέτηση από τον αρμόδιο υπάλληλο. Πραγματικά αλλάζει το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης και πλέον συναγωνίζεται των ανταγωνιστών της
The newly renovated store is really very good. No relation to the old PPC stores with the employees who had no disposition to serve. The organization is very good, from the closing of the appointment, the reception, the waiting and finally the service from the competent employee. It is really changing the level of service and is now competing with its competitors
